تاثیر آموزش فرهنگ رانندگی بر پرخاشگری رانندگان

رفتار راننده در اکثر سوانح و تصادفات در ایران و جهان عامل اصلی بروز حادثه بوده است و 90 تا 95 درصد تصادفات در ایران به‌نوعی با عامل انسانی و به ‌ویژه رفتار راننده مرتبط بوده‌ اند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر آموزش فرهنگ ترافیک بر کنترل پرخاشگری رانندگان وسایل نقلیۀ عمومی درون‌شهری است. این پژوهش از نوع پژوهش‌ های نیمه ‌آزمایشی و به‌ صورت پیش‌ آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه گواه است. جامعۀ آماری، رانندگان حمل و نقل عمومی خطوط بی ‌آرتی شهرداری تهران در مسیر ترمینال شرق تا میدان آزادی که دارای حداقل 2 فقره تخلف حادثه‌ ساز تسلیمی در سال 1402 با محدودیت سنی 30 تا 45 سال و تحصیلات بالای دیپلم به‌ تعداد 85 نفر بود که از این تعداد،60 نفر به روش نمونه‌ گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به ‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفرۀ آزمایش و دو گروه 15 نفرۀ گواه تقسیم شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامۀ رفتار رانندگی منچستر(1990) بود. یافته ‌ها حاکی از آن است که آموزش فرهنگ رانندگی بر پرخاشگری رانندگان حمل ‌و نقل عمومی خطوط بی‌ آرتی شهرداری تهران موثر بوده و باعث کنترل آن شده است. همچنین، بین گروه‌ های آزمایش و گواه در شاخص ‌های خشم رانندگان، شامل تخلفات عمدی، تخلفات غیر عمدی، لغزش ‌ها و اشتباهات تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت. به ‌طور کلی، می ‌توان از این آموزش به ‌شکل اختصاصی برای رانندگان سایر وسایل نقلیۀ عمومی استفاده کرد.

the driver’s behavior has been the main cause of accidents in most accidents in iran and the world, and 90 to 95% of accidents in iran are somehow related to the human factor, especially the driver’s behavior. the purpose of the present study is to investigate the effect of traffic culture trainng on the control of aggression of public transport drivers in the city. this research is a type of semi-experimental research and pre-test and post-test with control group. statistical community, the drivers of public transportation of b-art lines of tehran municipality on the route from east terminal to azadi square, who have at least 2 cases of violations causing accidents in the year 2023 with the age limit of 30 to 45 years and education above a diploma, numbering 85 people of these, 60 people were selected by purposeful sampling and randomly divided into two experimental groups of 15 people and two groups of 15 control people. the research tool was the manchester driving behavior questionnaire (1990). the findings indicate that driving culture training has been effective on the aggression of public transport drivers of b-art lines of tehran municipality and has caused it to be controlled. also, there was a significant difference between the test and control groups in the indicators of drivers’ aggression, including intentional violations, unintentional violations, slips, and mistakes. in general, this training can be used exclusively for drivers of other public vehicles.
