واکاوی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل موثر بر فرهنگ مقاومت در میان بسیجیان

این پژوهش، با هدف واکاوی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل موثر بر فرهنگ مقاومت در میان بسیجیان با رویکردی ترکیبی انجام‌ شده است. به این منظور، ابتدا اسناد مربوط به فرهنگ مقاومت مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. سپس، با استفاده از 20 مصاحبۀ نیمه ‌ساختاریافتۀ هدفمند با اساتید مدیریت فرهنگی و مدیران اجرایی فرهنگی، رمزهای مفهومی احصا گردید و پس از حذف و ادغام مفاهیم مشابه، جملات و پاراگراف‌های مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون در سه سطح مضامین پایه، سازمان ‌دهنده و فراگیر با استفاده از گروه کانونی دسته ‌بندی شدند. در مرحلۀ کمی، جامعۀ آماری بسیجیان نهادهای فرهنگی و مدیران حوزه‌های مقاومت بسیج استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد به ‌تعداد 750 نفر بود که حجم نمونه براساس فرمول کوکران 254 به ‌دست آمد. روش گردآوری داده‌ ها در این مرحله پرسشنامۀ استخراج‌شده از بخش کیفی بود. اولویت‌بندی و اعتبارسنجی عوامل شناسایی‌شده با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و نرم‌افزارهای spss22 وlisrel  و excel انجام شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که امنیت پایدار مهم ترین بعد از ابعاد موثر بر فرهنگ مقاومت در میان بسیجیان است. سایر ابعاد نیز به‌ ترتیب اولویت عبارتند از: جناح‌ بازی سیاسی، مشارکت، معنویت‌ گرایی، اخلاق ‌مداری، گفتمان ‌سازی، روحیۀ جهادی، رذایل اخلاقی، استکبار ستیزی، فرهنگ محیطی، نگرش و باور، هویت انقلابی و جهانی‌ شدن.

this research was conducted with the aim of analyzing and prioritizing the factors affecting the culture of resistance among the basij members with a hybrid approach. for this purpose, first the documents related to the culture of resistance were investigated. then, using 20 purposeful semi-structured interviews with cultural management professors and cultural executive directors, conceptual codes were counted. after removing and merging similar concepts, sentences and paragraphs related to the research subject using thematic analysis method in three levels of basic, organizing and inclusive themes, they were categorized using focus group. in the quantitative stage, the statistical community of basij members of cultural institutions and basij resistance area managers in kohkiluyeh and boyer-ahmad province were 750 people, and the sample size was 254 based on the cochran formula. the method of data collection at this stage was the questionnaire extracted from the qualitative section. prioritization and validation of the identified factors was done using confirmatory factor analysis and spss22, lisrel, and excel softwares. the results of the research show that sustainable security is the most important aspect of the dimensions affecting the culture of resistance among the basij members. other dimensions, in order of priority, are: political factionalism, participation, spiritualism, moralism, discourse creation, jihad spirit, moral vices, anti-arrogance, environmental culture, attitude and belief, revolutionary and globalization identity.
