برنامۀ درسی پنهان شناخت ارزش‌های فرهنگی پلیس: تحلیلی پدیدارشناختی

هدف این پژوهش، واکاوی برنامۀ درسی پنهان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین جهت شناخت ارزش‌های فرهنگی پلیس است. برای دستیابی به این هدف، از روش تحقیق کیفی از نوع پدیدارشناسی توصیفی، به منظور بررسی تجربیات زیستۀ افسران استفاده شد. به ‌منظور تحلیل داده‌ها، روش تحلیل مضمون مورد استفاده قرار گرفت که برای تسهیل کار، از نرم‌ افزار atlas.ti بهره برده شد. از تحلیل تجارب زیستۀ کارکنان، چهار مضمون، یعنی ایثار و خودگذشتگی، مدارا و گذشت، صداقت و راست‌گویی و رعایت ادب و احترام به‌ عنوان ارزش‌های فرهنگی پلیس شناسایی شدند که از طریق برنامۀ درسی پنهان حاکم بر دانشگاه آموزش داده یا تقویت می‌شوند. براین‌ اساس، می‌توان اذعان نمود که اگرچه ارزش‌های فرهنگی اکتشاف‌ شده در این پژوهش ممکن است که قبل از ورود کارکنان به دانشگاه و محیط کار به‌ طور ذاتی در آنان باشند، اما برنامۀ درسی پنهان با تاکید و تقویت بیشتر این ارزش ‌های فرهنگی، بسیار تاثیرگذار بوده و درنهایت، باعث افزایش عمل کرد کلی افسران پلیس گردیده است.

the hidden curriculum of police cultural values: a phenomenological analysis

this study aims to analyze the hidden curriculum of amin university of police sciences in order to understand the cultural values ​​of the police. to achieve this aim, a descriptive phenomenological qualitative research method was chosen to investigate the officers’’ lived experiences. in order to analyze the data, the thematic analysis method was used and also the  atlas.ti software was at work to facilitate the work. based on the lived experiences analysis of the employees, four themes, i.e. sacrifice and selflessness, tolerance and forgiveness, honesty and truthfulness, respect and politeness, were identified as the cultural values ​​of the police, which are taught or strengthened through the hidden curriculum of the university. therefore, it can be acknowledged that although the cultural values ​​discovered in this research may be inherent in the employees before they enter the university and work environment, the hidden curriculum emphasizes and strengthens these cultural values. as the result, the curriculum has been very effective and increased the overall performance of police officers.
