عوامل مرتبط با وندالیسم در نوجوانان و جوانان 10تا 27 سال استان همدان با تاکید برضرورت نقش پلیس و امنیت اجتماعی

با توسعة شهرنشینی، شاهد بروز پدیده و رفتارهای مختلف از جمله پدیدة وندالیسم در جوامع مختلف هستیم. امروزه، با گسترش شهرها، ناهنجاری‌های اجتماعی نیز گسترش می‌یابند که لزوم توجه جدی به این امر را بیشتر می‌طلبد. پدیدة وندالیسم از جمله مباحثی به شمار می‌رود که به سرعت جوامع مختلفی را درگیر کرده و به مثابة مساله‌ای جدی در حال بروز است و حتی جامعة ما را با مشکلاتی مواجه ساخته است. این مقاله تلاش دارد عوامل موثر بر گرایش جوانان شهر همدان به رفتار وندالیسمی با تاکید بر ضرورت نقش پلیس و امنیت اجتماعی را بررسی کند و راه-حل‌های مناسب برای کاهش این معضل را ارائه دهد. روش تحقیق، از نوع پیمایشی بوده است. جامعة آماری مورد مطالعه، جوانان پسر شهر همدانی در سنین بین 27-10 ساله می‌باشند و با استفاده از فرمول تعیین حجم نمونة کوکران، تعداد500 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. روش نمونه‌گیری نیز به صورت نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده صورت گرفت. فرضیه‌های این تحقیق عبارتند از: جنسیت، پایگاه اجتماعی، محل سکونت، ارتباط با همسالان و نحوه گذراندن اوقات فراغت که با متغیر رفتار وندالیستی. نتایج نشان داد که بین کلیة متغیرهای فوق با گرایش به رفتار وندالیستی، رابطة معناداری وجود دارد. پلیس به عنوان نیرویی که بالذات ماهیتی انتظامی داشته و اصولاً نظم را سر لوحة عمل و پشرفت خود می‌داند و می‌تواند با استفاده از هویت مدنی و اجتماعی خود به ایجاد نظم و برقراری امنیت پرداخته و نقش‌های مفید وموثری را نیز ایفا نماید.

with the development of urbanization, we are witnessing the emergence of various phenomena and behaviors, including vandalism in different societies. today, social anomalies also need to be addressed more seriously by developing the cities. the phenomenon of vandalism is one of the topics that quickly engages various societies and is emerging as a serious issue; it even our community has encountered the problems. this article attempts to investigate the factors related to vandalism in adolescents and youths in hamadan province with emphasis on the role of police and social security, and to provide appropriate solutions to reduce this dilemma. the research method is survey. the statistical population of the study is male youth in hamedan between 10-27 years old. 500 individuals were selected as samples using the cochran sample size formula. sampling method was simple random sampling. the hypotheses of this research are: gender, social base, location, relationship with peers and how to spend your leisure time using the variables of vandalistic behavior. the results showed that there is a significant relationship between all of the above variables with the tendency toward vandalistic behavior. police plays an active and effective role as a force that has the nature of law enforcement and, in principle, sees the order as the head of its action and development, and can use its social and civil identity toward creating order and security.
