بررسی جرم‌شناختی سرقت خودرو و وسائل نقلیه (مطالعه موردی شهر همدان)

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی جرم‌شناختی سرقت خودرو و وسائل نقلیه در شهر همدان است. در این پژوهش جامعه آماری این پژوهش مشتمل بر درجه‌داران و افسران آگاهی است که محل فعالیت آن‌ها شهرستان همدان، و همچنین مشتمل بر سارقان خودرو در زندان شهر همدان طی سالهای 94- 95 یعنی دو سال می‌باشد. به منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شده است و برای گردآوری اطلاعات در مورد چارچوب نظری پژوهش و پیشینه پژوهشی مربوط به موضوع پژوهش حاضر از روش میدانی استفاده شده است. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که بین سرقت خودرو و عملکرد مالکین، عملکرد پلیس، سازندگان خودرو و تجهیزات‌فنی(سیستم مانیتورینگ) رابطه معناداری وجود دارد؛ به طوری که با بهبود عملکرد مالکین خودرو و پلیس، همچنین بهبود تجهیزات فنی(سیستم مانیتورینگ) و بهبود ضعف تجهیزات ایمنی خودرو سرقت خودرو نیز کاهش می‌یابد.

criminology investigation of vehicle and car theft (case study of hamedan city)

the purpose of this study is to investigate criminology of vehicle and car theft (case study of hamedan city). in this research, the statistical populations are noncommissioned officer and police officers who work in hamedan and the car thieves kept in the prison of hamedan during 95-94. a questionnaire was used to collect data. the field method has been used to collect information about the theoretical framework of the research and the research background in the field of research. the results of this study showed that there is a significant relationship between vehicle theft and owner performance, police performance, car makers and technical equipment (monitoring system). as it reduces car theft by improving car owners’ performance and police, as well as improving technical equipment (monitoring system) and improving the vehicle’s safety performance.
