مولفه‌های فرهنگی بروز قتل‌های زنجیره‌ای

این پژوهش، باهدف بررسی مولفه‌های فرهنگی در بروز قتل‌های زنجیره‌ای و نقش پلیس در فرهنگ‌سازی عمومی و کنترل آن انجام شده است. قتل‌های زنجیره ای، به‌عنوان یکی از معضلات اجتماعی موجب سلب امنیت و آرامش ذهنی و روانی جامعه می‌شود و با توجه به آثار سوء و مخربی که این‌گونه قتل‌ها بر سطح اجتماع و امنیت محیط می‌گذارند، استقرار بافت فرهنگی مثبت با نقش هنجارساز، ابزاری برای آگاهی‌ بخشی یک اجتماع محسوب می‌گردد. در پژوهش حاضر، به ‌روش توصیفی-تحلیلی مشخص شد که عوامل فردی و محیطی دو بخش مهم و اساسی علل رفتارهای مجرمانه هستند و فرهنگ به ‌دلیل دارابودن نقش بسترساز برای توسعۀ هنجارهای حقوقی می‌تواند در کاهش عوامل جرم‌زا بسیار موثر واقع شود. علاوه‌ بر این، نقش مثبت پلیس در رشد و توسعۀ مولفه‌های فرهنگی یک جامعۀ به ‌هنجار می‌تواند تاثیرات مطلوبی درجهت تدابیر پیشگیرانۀ فرهنگی و اجتماعی داشته باشد. همچنین، این نهاد قادر خواهد بود تا با شناخت علل و عوامل وقوع جرائم و به‌تبع آن با اجرای تمهیدات سیاست‌های کیفری و جرم‌زدایی با بهره‌گیری از علم جرم‌شناسی تا حدودی کنترل محیط را در دست بگیرد.

the cultural components of the occurrence of serial murders

this study was conducted with the purpose of examining the cultural elements involved in the incidence of serial murders, as well as the role of police in public culturalization and controlling it. serial murders, being a social problem, pose a threat to the security and mental well-being of society. given the detrimental and destructive effects that such murders can have on society and the security of the environment, the establishment of a positive cultural context with a normative role is a valuable tool for promoting awareness and community cohesion. through a descriptive-analytical approach, this research has identified individual and environmental factors as the two primary causes of criminal behavior. culture can play a pivotal role in reducing the factors that contribute to crime by providing a platform for the development of legal norms. furthermore, police’’s positive contribution to the growth and development of the cultural components of a good society can have a significant impact on cultural and social preventive measures. by understanding the causes and factors of criminal activity, the police can gain a degree of control over the environment and implement policies that promote decriminalization and reduce crime, using criminology as a tool.
