نقش سرمایۀ فرهنگی و اخلاق حرفه‌ای مربیان ورزشی فراجا بر اشتیاق شغلی با نقش میانجی سرمایۀ اجتماعی

هدف این مقاله، بررسی نقش قابلیت ‌های سرمایۀ فرهنگی و اخلاق حرفه‌ ای مربیان ورزشی فراجا بر اشتیاق شغلی با بررسی نقش میانجی سرمایۀ اجتماعی بود. روش پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی ازنوع همبستگی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش را مربیان ورزشی فراجا در شهر تهران تشکیل دادند که به روش نمونه ‌گیری غیراحتمالی و دردسترس حجم نمونه با استفاده از نرم ‌افزار سمپل ‌پاور 250 نفر تعیین شد تا به پرسشنامه‌های ابعاد سرمایۀ فرهنگی، سرمایۀ اجتماعی، اخلاق حرفه‌ ای و اشتیاق شغلی پاسخ دهند. به ‌منظور تحلیل داده‌ها از الگوی معادلات ساختاری بهره برده شد. یافته ‌ها نشان داد که اخلاق حرفه ‌ای، سرمایۀ فرهنگی و اجتماعی به ‌طور مستقیم بر اشتیاق شغلی مربیان ورزشی فراجا تاثیر مثبت و معنادار دارند. به‌ علاوه، اخلاق حرفه ‌ای و سرمایۀ فرهنگی بر سرمایۀ اجتماعی و اشتیاق شغلی اثرگذار بودند.

the effect of cultural capital and professional ethics of faraja sports coaches on job enthusiasm with the mediating role of social capital

the aim of this paper was to investigate the effect of cultural capital and professional ethics of faraja sports coaches on job enthusiasm by investigating the mediating role of social capital. the present research method is a correlational description. the statistical population of the research consisted of 250 faraja sports coaches in tehran, who were determined by the non-probability sampling method and available sample size using sample power software, and the goal was to use the questionnaire in this way in order to answer questions related to the dimensions of cultural capital, social capital, professional ethics and job enthusiasm. in order to analyze the data, the model of structural equations was used. the findings showed that professional ethics and cultural and social capital directly have a positive and meaningful effect on the job enthusiasm of faraja sports coaches. in addition, professional ethics and cultural capital were effective on social capital and job enthusiasm.
