بررسی موانع پذیرش فناوری نانو جهت ارتقای سلامت، بهداشت و ایمنی (مطالعه موردی: فرماندهی انتظامی استان همدان)

فناوری نانو به‌عنوان یکی از دستاوردهای عصر حاضر تاثیر بسیاری بر زندگی بشر، از جمله در حوزۀ سلامت و ایمنی، گذاشته است. توجه به این مقوله در ناجا در حد انتظار نبوده است و آماد و پشتیبانی نیروی انتظامی به‌عنوان پشتیبانی کنندۀ اصلی ناجا بهرۀ کمی از این فناوری در محصولات حوزۀ ایمنی، بهداشت و سلامت برده است. استفاده از این فناوری در نیروهای مسلح، به‌ویژه در بخش آماد و پشتیبانی، نه تنها حفظ کیفیت اقلام و کالاها و افزایش عمر و ماندگاری آن‌ها را تضمین می کند، بلکه موجب صرفه جویی فراوان در منابع مالی و انسانی می‌گردد. در این مقاله، کوشیده شده است دلایل کندی استقبال و رویکرد ناجا به این فناوری را بررسی نماییم. برای دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش، سی نفر از مدیران لایۀ میانی فرماندهی انتظامی استان همدان برای این پژوهش انتخاب شدند که به صورت مصاحبه نظرات آنها جمع‌آوری گردید. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان  داد که ضعف آشنایی با این فناوری، عدم اطمینان به نتایج اعلام شده، قیمت اولیۀ بالاتر، ریسک ناپذیری، اطلاع‌رسانی ضعیف در خصوص محصولات از سوی تولید کنندگان، از مهم‌ترین دلایل کندی رویکرد به این فناوری بوده است.

Investigation on the Barriers to the Adoption of Nanotechnology for Promotion of Health, Hygiene and Safety (Case Study: Hamadan Police Command)

Nanotechnology as one of the achievements of the present age has had a great influence on human life, including in the field of health and safety. Attention to this issue in NAJA has not been as expected, and the readiness and support of the police as the main supporter of NAJA has benefited little from this technology in products related to safety, health and health. The use of this technology in the armed forces, especially in the field of readiness and support, not only ensures the preservation of the quality of items and goods and increases their life and durability, but also saves a lot of financial and human resources. In this study, we have tried to examine the reasons for the slow acceptance and approach of NAJA to this technology. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, thirty middle-ranged managers of the Hamedan Police Command were selected for this research, and their opinions were collected in an interview. The research findings showed that the weakness of familiarity with this technology, uncertainty about the announced results, higher initial price, risk-taking, poor information about products by manufacturers have been the most important reasons for the slow approach to this technology.
