نقش و جایگاه ناجا در تحقق دولت اسلامی مبتنی بر منظومة فکری امام خامنه‌ای (مدظله‌العالى)

با توجه به وارد شدن انقلاب اسلامی به چهل سالگی دوم، رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی بیانیه ای راهبردی در خصوص گام دوم انقلاب ارائه کرده اند که یکی از اساسی‌ترین مولفه‌های این بیانیه تحقق دولت اسلامی می‌باشد. همة سازمان ها، به‌ویژه پلیس، بایستی در تحقق این مولفه‌ اهتمام داشته باشند. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین نقش و جایگاه نیروی انتظامی در تحقق دولت اسلامی از منظر امام خامنه‌ای (مدظله‌العالی) است. روش این تحقیق از نوع کاربردی توسعه‌ای بوده به روش تحلیل محتوا و تبیینی- تحلیلی و با بهره‌گیری از منابع کتابخانه‌اى و فضاى مجازى و اینترنت انجام شده است. هرحکومت و دولتى براى تامین امنیت، حفظ استقلال و تمامیت ارضى و تامین اهداف و آرمان‌های خود نیاز به نیروهای‌مسلح قوى، مقتدر و سازمان‌یافته دارد. جمهورى اسلامى ایران نیز پس از استقرار، براى برقراری نظم، حفظ امنیت و دفع تهدیدات داخلى و خارجى و دستیابی به اهداف و آرمان‌های خود نیروهاى مسلحى را فراهم نموده است که از جملة آنها می‌توان به نیروی انتظامی اشاره کرد. و نتیجه این‌که در اندیشه امام خامنه‌ای(مد ظله‌العالی)، امنیت؛ مهم‌ترین نیاز کشور و همه جوامع بشری بوده و نیروی انتظامی یکی از مهم‌ترین تولیدکنندگان اقتدار و امنیت ملی می‌باشد. از سوی دیگر، وظایفی در نظام اسلامی دارد، که به قوام و دوام دولت اسلامی و تحقق آرما‌ن‌های آن کمک می‌کند که از جمله آن‌ها می‌توان به برقراری امنیت، مقابله با تهدیدات داخلی، استقرار نظم و قانون، امر به معروف و نهی از منکر، تحقق جامعه اسلامی الگو، کشور الگو و نهاد انتظامی الگو اشاره کرد.

The Role and Position of the NAJA in the Realization of the Islamic State Based on the Intellectual System of Imam Khamenei

Given the entry of the Islamic Revolution into its second 40 years, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution has presented a strategic statement on the second step of the Revolution, one of the most fundamental components of which is the realization of the Islamic State. All organizations, especially the police, must work to achieve this component. Therefore, the present study aims to explain the role and position of law enforcement in the realization of the Islamic State from the perspective of Imam Khamenei. The method of this research is applied developmental method by content analysis and explanatory-analytical method and using the resources of libraries and virtual space and the Internet. Every government and state needs strong, powerful, and organized armed forces to ensure its security, maintain its independence and territorial integrity, and achieve its goals and aspirations. The Islamic Republic of Iran, after its establishment, has provided the armed forces with the means to maintain order, maintain security, and repel internal and external threats, and achieve its goals and aspirations, including law enforcement. And the result is that in the mind of Imam Khamenei (the Supreme Leader), security is the most important need of the country and all human societies. Also, police forces are one of the most important producers of national authority and security. On the other hand, they have duties in the Islamic system, which contributes to the stability and permanence of the Islamic State and the realization of its aspirations, among them we can pointe out security, countering internal threats, establishing law and order, enjoining what is good and forbidding what is evil, and realization of the Islamic society as the model, the country as the model and the police forces as the model.
