بررسی نقش پلیس در تحقق اخلاق‌ اسلامی در فضای مجازی (مبتنی بر منظومة فکری و بیانات مقام معظم رهبری)

هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش پلیس، در تحقق اخلاق‌ اسلامی در فضای مجازی مبتنی بر منظومه فکری و بیانات مقام معظم رهبری است‌‌. نیاز انسان به امنیت اخلاقی به‌عنوان یک نیاز اساسی، و همچنین نیاز به امنیت فردی، خانوادگی، اجتماعی، شغلی و... غیرقابل انکار می‌باشد‌‌. امنیت در این موارد به هم مرتبط است و عدم برقراری آن ‌می‌تواند سبب سقوط و انحطاط یک جامعه گردد‌‌. استقرار نظم و امنیت و تامین آسایش عمو‌می ‌از وظایف مهی‌ است که براساس قانون اساسی بر عهدة نیروی انتظا‌می‌ است‌‌. روش پژوهش، توصیفی-تحلیلی و مبتنی بر اسناد کتابخانه‌ای و فیلم‌های ثبت شده است‌‌. ‌تاکیدات مکرر مقام معظم رهبری بر اهمیت فضای مجازی حاکی از آن است که فضای مجازی در شرایط حاضر ‌می‌تواند به‌عنوان «بزرگترین تهدید» یا «بزرگترین فرصت» انقلاب اسلا‌می ‌به ‌شمار آید‌‌. قوای انتظا‌می‌ در این مورد علاوه برتلاش‌هایی که در عرصه مواجهه و مقابله با رفتارهای ضدارزش در محیط‌های عمو‌می ‌دارند؛ در فضای مجازی نیز، می‌توانند در زمینه اصلاح رفتارهای ضدارزش وارد عمل شوند‌‌. بنابراین آنچه که از نیروی انتظا‌می ‌طبق فرمایش معظم‌له انتظار می‌رود، حرکت با تحول و حتی پیشی گرفتن از آن است که دشمن نتواند با چیدن مهره‌های شطرنج قدرت استکباری خود، جامعه را با آسیب‌های مختلف اجتماعی و فرهنگی، کیش و مات کند‌.

Investigation on the Role of Police in the Realization of Islamic Ethics in Cyberspace(Based on the Intellectual System and Statements of the Supreme Leader)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of police in the realization of Islamic ethics in cyberspace based on the intellectual system and the statements of the Supreme Leader. Man’s need for moral security as an essential need, as well as the need for individual, familial, social, occupational, etc. is undeniable. Security is interconnected in these cases, and failure to do so can cause a society to collapse and degenerate. Establishing order and security and ensuring public comfort is one of the important tasks assigned to the police force by the Constitution. The research method is descriptive-analytical and it is based on library documents and recorded films. The Supreme Leader’s repeated emphasis on the importance of cyberspace suggests that cyberspace can now be considered the &greatest threat& or &greatest opportunity& of the Islamic Revolution. In this case, the police forces, in addition to the efforts they make in the field of confronting and counteracting anti-values in public, they can also take action in cyberspace to correct anti-values. Therefore, what is expected from the police force, in accordance with the Supreme Command, is to move forward and even surpass the enemy’s ability to manipulate the chess pieces of its arrogant power, to confuse society with various social and cultural harms.
