مدیریت زمان ازدیدگاه آموزه های دینی و به کارگیری آن در ناجا (مورد مطالعه فرماندهی انتظامی استان همدان )

این پژوهش با هدف تبیین مدیریت زمان در آموزه‎های دینی و راهکارهای به کارگیری آن در ناجا انجام شد. در راستای ارزش و اهمیت وقت و مدیریت، مطالب مبسوطی گرد آوری شد و به دنبال پاسخگویی به دو سوال اصلی برای تحقق بود که  عبارتند از: «1- مصادیق مدیریت زمان بر اساس آموزه‎های اسلامی کدامند ؟2- راهکارهای به کارگیری مدیریت زمان در ناجا کدامند؟» این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نوع تحقیقات، توصیفی- تحلیلی است. روش‌گرد‌آوری یافته‎ها در بخش نظری، کتابخانه ای و مراجعه به اسناد و مدارک و یاداشت‌برداری است و در بخش آگاهی از راهکارهای به‌کارگیری مدیریت زمان در ناجا، با مصاحبه غیر حضوری(پرسش با پاسخ باز) از 30 نفر از  مسئولان فرماندهی انتظامی استان همدان بوده است که با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون یافته‎ها طبقه‌بندى و تجزیه و تحلیل شده‎اند. یافته‎های به‌دست آمده ازکل این پژوهش برای استفاده در ناجا عبارتند از: « 1) برنامه ریزی  برای تعیین هدف و داشتن نظم  برای تحقق اهداف 2) گذشت با شتاب و برگشت‌ناپذیری زمان و برتری بعضی وقت‌ها نسبت به زمان‌های دیگر 3)وقت‌شناسی 4) محدود بودن فرصت‎ها و غنیمت شمردن آنها 5) ثبات در برنامه  6) استفاده از امکانات و فن‎آوری الکترونیکی در ارائه خدمات 7) استفاده از اتوماسیون اداری و حذف مکاتبات دستی 8) تقسیم کار و اولویت‎بندی وظایف 9) حذف جلسات و کارهای زاید 10) استفاده از شیوه‌های مدیریتی نوین11) برگزاری جلسات تعامل و هماهنگی بین ناجا و سایرسازمان‌ها 12)استفاده از ابزارهای تشویق برای سرعت انجام کارها 13)تشکیل جلسات کارشناسی برای ارتقای آموزش تخصصی کارکنان است.

Time Management From The Point of View of Religious Teachings And Its Application In NAJA (Case Study: Hamadan Province Police)

The purpose of this study was to explain time management in religious doctrines and ways to apply it in NAJA. Regarding to value and importance of time and management, an extensive content was collected. This study intends to answer two key questions for realization, which are: &1- What are the examples of time management based on Islamic teachings? 2- What are approaches to apply time management in NAJA? &   This research is a descriptive-analytical research in terms of purpose. In the theory section, the method of gathering the findings through referring to libraries, documents and notes has beeb described and in the section related to knowledge of time management approaches in NAJA,  open-ended questioning has been used for 30 provincial police officers. The findings were classified and analyzed using thematic analysis method. Findings from this study for using in the field are as follows: 1) Planning to set a goal and having order to attain the goals 2) Accelerated and irreversible passage of time and superiority of some times  to other times 3) Timeliness 4) Opportunity constrained and spoilage 5) Program stability 6) Use of electronic features and technology in service delivery 7) Use of office automation and manual correspondence elimination 8) Division of tasks and prioritization of tasks 9) Eliminate excessive meetings and tasks 10) Use of modern management practices 11) Interaction and coordination meetings between NAJA and other organizations 12) Use of tools of encouragement to get things done 13) Conducting expert meetings to promote specialized training for the staff.
