بررسی الزامات رفتاری ناجا در تحقق امنیت اجتماعی جامعه‌ اسلامی مبتنی بر منظومه‌ ‌فکری مقام معظم رهبری (مدظلّه العالی)

استراتژی امنیت ملی بر بالاترین سطح، تمرکز نموده و حسی از کل به دست می‌دهد. استراتژی امنیت ملی با هدف حراست از وطن و پیشبرد منافع ملی در خارج و در عین حال، پاسخگویی به چالش‌ها و فرصت‌ها، دیدگاه‌ها و آمال هر کشور در سرتاسر جهان را بیان می‌کند. این استراتژی تلاش دارد تا تضمین نماید که اقدامات پرشمار کشورها در خارج، به یک هدف مشترک خدمت کرده و یک ابتکار جمعی را شکل می‌دهد. برهمین اساس، و با توجه به اهمیت موضوع این پژوهش با هدف تبیین نقش ناجا در امنیت ملی و تحقق دولت اسلامی با تاکید بر دیدگاه مقام معظم رهبری انجام گرفته است. روش تحقیق پژوهش حاضر به صورت کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی می‌باشد. یافته‌های پژوهش با توجه به فرمایشات مقام معظم رهبری در حیطه‌ مفاهیم امنیت فردی، امنیت اجتماعی، امنیت اقتصادی، امنیت سیاسی، امنیت قضایی، امنیت فرهنگی و امنیت دفاعی و مرزی و منطقه‌ای استخراج شده و ویژگی‌های استقرار امنیت ملی و شاخص‌های امنیت ملی از دیدگاه مقام معظم رهبری بیان شده است. همچنین، نقش راهبردی ناجا در ‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌تامین امنیت ملی و تحقق دولت اسلامی از دیدگاه مقام معظم رهبری نیز تبیین و تشریح شده است.

A Study of the Behavioral Requirements of NAJA in the Islamic Community Social Security Realization Based on the Supreme Leader’s Intellectual Point of View

The national security strategy focuses on its own highest level and gives a sense of the whole. National Security Strategy aims at protecting the home and advancing national interests abroad, while responding to the challenges and opportunities, perspectives and aspirations of each country around the world. This strategy seeks to ensure that the countless actions taken abroad serve a common purpose and form a collective initiative. Therefore, considering the importance of this issue, the purpose of this study was to explain the role of the Law Enforcement Force (NAJA) in the national security and the realization of Islamic government with an emphasis on the supreme leader’s intellectual point of view. The research method is library and documentary. The findings are extracted from the Supreme Leader’s commitments in the areas of personal security, social security, economic security, political security, judicial security, cultural security and border and regional security and security, and national security deployment features and national security indicators have been expressed from the official’s perspective of Supreme Leader. The strategic role of NAJA in ensuring national security and the realization of Islamic State has also been elaborated from the perspective of the Supreme Leader.
