چکیده
|
هر ساله تعدادی از خودروهای استان همدان دچار سانحه تصادف یا واژگونی گردیده و خسارات مادی و معنوی زیادی را به ناجا و کارکنان آن تحمیل می‌نماید. به دلیل شدت سانحه، تعدادی از این خودروها قابل تعمیر نبوده و در چرخه خروج از خدمت قرار می‌گیرند. هدف اصلی این پژوهش تعیین مولفه‌های موثر در بروز تصادفات در نیروی انتظا‌می‌استان همدان می‌باشد. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی، از لحاظ روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، شامل مدیران و کارشناسان ترابری و تصادفات پلیس و نمونه آماری 50 نفره است که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شده‌اند. در این تحقیق از طریق تحلیل دقیق ادبیات تحقیق، تصادفات و استخراج مولفه‌های آن، با استفاده از روش دلفی، و توزیع پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در بین کارشناسان ترابری تحلیل شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که چهار عامل نیروی انسانی، عوامل محیطی، وسیله نقلیه و آموزش تاثیر معنی‌داری بر شکل‌گیری تصادفات در استان داشته‌اند.

Abstract
|
Every year a number of vehicles crash or overturn in Hamadan province, causing severe material and intangible damages to the Hamedan’s law enforcement Force (NAJA) and its staff. Because of the severity of the accidents, some of the vehicles cannot be repaired and hence, they cannot be at NAJA’s service anymore. The overriding purpose of this study was to determine the factors affecting the occurrence of accidents in Hamadan’s law enforcement Force. Regarding the purpose and approach, this study was practical and correlational, respectively. The statistical population of this study consisted of managers, traffic experts, police accidents, and a sample of 50 people selected using random sampling. This study was analyzed through a detailed analysis of literature, accidents and its components using Delphi approach, as well as through distributing the questionnaire among the traffic experts. The results indicated that four factors including the human resources, environmental factors, vehicles and education had a significant effect on the occurrence of the accidents in the Hamedan province.
