مفهوم‌شناسی و واکاوی تبیین مفهوم پلیس فرهنگی

هدف از پژوهش حاضر تبیین و مفهوم‌شناسی پلیس فرهنگی می‌باشد. پژوهش از نوع مطالعات مروری بوده که در آن با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی به واکاوی و تبیین مفهوم پلیس فرهنگی پرداخته شد. نتایج نشان داد ابعاد فرهنگ از منظر برخی صاحب‌نظران به دو بعد مادی و معنوی تقسیم ‌شده است و برخی نیز فرهنگ را شامل ابعاد سه گانه ارزشی، مادی و قانونی می‌دانند. پلیس نیز به‌عنوان یکی از سازمان‌های تاثیرگذار در برقراری نظم و امنیت در جوامع مختلف جایگاه مهمی دارد. نتایج نشان داد که یک پلیس فرهنگی باید از تعامل و گفتگو با مردم گرفته تا زبان و قومیت‌های مختلف را به‌خوبی بشناسد و بتواند به نحو مناسبی رفتارهای فرهنگی را از خود بروز دهد که به این منظور در سازمان پلیس توجه به مواردی مانند شایسته‌سالاری، رسیدگی به وضعیت معیشت نیروها و توجه به مسایل مختلف مادی کارکنان و قانون‌گرایی نقش دارند.

The Conceptology and the Interpretation Analysis of the Cultural Police

The aim of this study was the conceptology and the interpretation analysis of the cultural police. This study was a review study in which the descriptive-analytical method was used to analyze and explain the concept of the cultural police. The results showed that, from some scholar’s point of view, some aspects of culture could be divided into the two dimensions of physical and spiritual. The Law enforcement Force, as one of the influential organizations in establishing order and security in different societies, was of significant importance. The results also indicated that the cultural police should not only interact well with people but also be familiar with different languages and ethnicities. Furthermore, they should be able to appropriately express cultural behaviors. In this respect, some factors including meritocracy, paying attention to the living status of the employees, considering their financial problems, and law played a role.
