بررسی نقش شرایط اقلیمی بر وقوع و شدت تصادفات در نقاط حادثه‌خیز شبکۀ راه‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار arc gis (مطالعه موردی: محورهای پلیس‌راه ملایر-همدان)

نیاز به جابه‎جایی انسان و کالا از یک نقطه‌ به ‌نقطۀ‎ دیگر، موجب به وجود آمدن واژه‌ای جدید به نام حمل‌ونقل در گذشته دور گردید. حمل‌ونقل جاده‌ای در کشور ما رایج‌ترین و در دسترس‌ترین روش جابه‎جایی  کالا و مسافر است. وسایل نقلیۀ موتوری در حمل‌ونقل جاده‌ای انقلابی ایجاد نموده و منافع زیادی برای جامعه انسانی به ارمغان آورده‌اند؛ اما متاسفانه این منافع با تلفات انسانی زیادی در جاده‌ها همراه گشته‌اند. تصادفات جاده‌ای درنتیجۀ ترکیبی از عوامل مختلف محیطی، رفتاری و فناورانه روی می‌دهند. در سال‌های اخیر، نقش شرایط جوّی به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین عوامل موثر بر تصادفات جاده‌ای، توجه بسیاری از محققین را به خود جلب نموده است. در تحقیق پیش‎رو، تاثیر برخی از پارامترهای اقلیمی ‌بر تصادفات جاده‌ای در محورهای پلیس‌راه همدان- ملایر مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. روش انجام این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی است. بدین منظور، داده‌ها و اطلاعات مربوط به تصادفات رخ‌داده در محور مذکور و همچنین داده‌های آب‎وهوایی سال‌های 1395، 1397 و 1397 در دورۀ سه‌ساله مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. پس از تحلیل داده‌ها، مشخص شد که پارامتر اقلیمیِ ‌بارش بیشترین تاثیر را بر تصادفات در محدوده مطالعاتی داشته است. همچنین، مشخص شد که بیشترین تعداد تصادفات در هوای گرم و در ماه شهریور، بیشتر به علت بالا رفتن حجم ترافیک و مسافرت‌های تابستانی اتفاق افتاده‌اند.

Investigating the Effect of Climatic Conditions on the Occurrence and Severity of Accidents at the Accidental Points of the Road Network Using ARC GIS Software(Case Study: Police Circle of Malayer-Hamadan)

The need to move humans and goods from one point to another has led to the emergence of a new term called transport in the past. Road transportation in our country is the most commonly used method of transportation of goods and passengers. Motor vehicles have revolutionized road transport and have brought many benefits to the human community, but unfortunately, these benefits have resulted in many human losses on the roads. Road accidents result in a combination of various environmental, behavioral and technological factors. In recent years, the role of atmospheric climate as one of the most important factors affecting traffic accidents has attracted many researchers. In the present study, the effects of some climate parameters on road accidents in the Hamedan-Malayer Police Areas have been investigated. The method of this research is analytical-descriptive. For this purpose, data and information related to accidents occurring in this axis as well as weather data for the years 1395, 1396 and 1397 during the three-year period were analyzed. After analyzing the data, it was determined that the climate parameter of rainfall had the highest impact on accidents in the study area. It was also found that the highest number of accidents occurred in hot weather and in the month of September, due to increased traffic volumes and summer trips.
