تبیین نقش پلیس در تحقق مولفه‌های بیانیۀ گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی

از جمله دغدغه‌های مهم، حمل ایمن سلاح و مهمات در سطح ناجا است؛ زیرا کم‌ترین بی‌توجهی به آن عواقب بسیار خطرناک به دنبال دارد. به همین منظور توجه به حمل این اقلام ضروری است تا اطمینان حاصل شود که ایمنی انسان‌ها و حفظ سلامت آنها و اقلام، تامین می‎گردد. مهم‌ترین وظیفه به هنگام حمل اقلام تسلیحاتی، حفظ سلامتی کارکنان است. هرگونه سهل‌انگاری در این وظیفه خطیر باعث از بین رفتن سرمایه‌های انسانی سازمان می‌گردد که جبران آن هزینه‌های مادی و معنوی بسیاری را در بر خواهد داشت. ایمن ساختن حمل‎ونقل و جابه‌جایی این اقلام همواره ذهن مدیران و فرماندهان را مشغول ساخته است و مدیران در تلاش بوده‌اند تا با توجه به حساسیت فوق‌العادۀ موضوع، ایمن‌ترین وسیلۀ حمل‎ونقل را انتخاب نمایند. هدف از این پژوهش، تعیین معیارهای موثر در ایمنی خودرو‌های حمل سلاح و مهمات ناجا است. این پژوهش با استفاده از استانداردهای مرکز دفاعی ایران و نیز با استفاده از نظرات کارشناسان سلاح و مهمات ناجا به صورت مصاحبۀ حضوری هدفمند تهیه شده است. یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که چهار معیار فاکتور‌های محیطی، بسته‌بندی، وسیلۀ ‌نقلیه و فاکتور‌های انسانی در ارتقای ایمنی نقش دارند.

Explaining the Role of the Police in the Realization of the Components of the Statement of the Second Phase of the Islamic Revolution

Considering that the Great Islamic Revolution has entered the second forty years and the importance of this era in the history is obvious, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution has issued a strategic statement regarding the second phase of the Revolution, stating that all organizations, especially the police, should make efforts to achieve the stated goals. The present study aims to identify the role of the police in the Realization of the components of the statement of the second phase of the Islamic Revolution. The study was done by library  sources and documents; so that the contents have been extracted by referring to the statements of the Supreme Leader. In the conclusion, we first present the components of the statement of second phase of the revolution, then while explaining these components, we present the role of the police as one of the executive forces of the government and also as one of the forces in the Imamate and Velayat path. The results show that the statement of the second phase points to the need for sharing people in the economy and reduce  the government ownership. If the government pays enough attention to this issue in the fifth decade of the Islamic Revolution, it will take a big step towards achieving a resistance economy. In this statement, the Supreme Leader of the Revolution refers to the honor of the past and the view of the future. Paying attention to the components of this statement and trying to realize the items of this statement can cause the growth and prosperity of the people as well as the police organization.
