تطور داعش: معلول عوامل سبب ساز

منطقه خاورمیانه همواره آبستن رخدادهای متعددی بوده است و این مشکلات و مصائب جدای از عوامل بیرونی که به نحوی بر این منطقه تحمیل شده، ریشه‏های داخلی نیز داشته است به عبارتی نظام امنیتی خاورمیانه قبل از شکل گیری داعش با در نظر گرفتن این شرایط دارای ماهیت و ویژگی های خاص خود بوده است. در دوره مورد بحث ساختار نظام منطقه‏ای به تبع تحول در ساختار نظام بین‏المللی دستخوش تغییرات عمده‌ای شد که در نتیجه آن نوع رویکرد و کنش بازیگران نیز متحول گردید. همزمان با تحولات در ساختار، در فرایندهای منطقه‏ای نیز تغییراتی به وقوع پیوست و در نهایت نقش و جایگاه بازیگران نیز دستخوش تحولاتی اساسی شد که مجموع این تغییرات شرایط لازم را برای رشد و گسترش داعش فراهم ساخت. به عبارتی داعش بیش از آنکه علت یا متغیر اصلی باشد، خود معلول علل عمیق‌تر داخلی، منطقه‌ای و بین‏المللی است و یافتن راه حل برای آن نیز در تمامی این سطوح باید دنبال شود البته این مسئله بالطبع یک مسئله غامض و پیچیده است.
