چکیده
|
پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی روش های تربیتی کارکنان ناجا از دیدگاه قرآن کریم انجام پذیرفته است؛ چرا که تعلیم و تربیت انسان‌ها به اخلاق نیکو، هدف بزرگ پیامبر اسلام(ص) بوده است. چنانچه آن حضرت می‌فرمایند: من برای زنده کردن مکارم اخلاق مبعوث شده‌ام. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-تحلیلی(اسنادی) بوده است. ابزار پژوهش نیز فیش‌برداری میباشد؛ لذا یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که روش های تربیت از منظر قرآن کریم فراوان است که از جمله می‌توان به روش های زیر اشاره کرد: انذار، تبشیر، تحمیل به نفس، تلقین به نفس، محاسبه نفس، الگوسازی، توبه و...

Abstract
|
This research has been conducted with the aim of identifying the educational methods of NAJA staff from the point of view of the Holy Qur’an, because the education of human beings towards good ethics has been the great goal of the Prophet of Islam (PBUH). If the Prophet says: &I was sent to uphold and complement ethical values&. The research method was descriptive-analytical (documentary).
