تحلیل و ارزیابی راهکارهای مدیریتی و برنامه‌ریزی در کنترل حمل و نقل و ترافیک شهری با رویکرد کاهش تصادفات(مطالعه موردی: شهرستان همدان)

هدف از این پژوهش، تحلیل و ارزیابی راهکارهای مدیریتی و برنامه ریزی در کنترل حمل و نقل و ترافیک شهری با رویکرد کاهش تصادفات در شهرستان همدان است. نوع پژوهش به لحاظ ماهیت، تحلیلی- قیاسی و به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی بوده و برای جمع آوری داده ها و اطلاعات مربوط به آن، از روش کتابخانه ای و میدانی استفاده شده است. در مطالعات میدانی، از روش دلفی (به کمک نظرات متخصصان) استفاده شده و پس از تایید نهایی راهکارها، با تهیه پرسشنامه، اطلاعات مورد نیاز جمع آوری شده است که برای به‌دست آوردن روایی آن از روایی محتوایی و همچنین برای محاسبه پایایی آن از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده است که مقدار آن 0/85 محاسبه گردید. در این پژوهش، جهت تحلیل داده‌های به دست آمده از تکنیک توصیفی و استنباطی (آزمون t تک نمونه ای، تحلیل واریانس و رگرسیون) در محیط نرم‌افزارهای gis10، matlab و 25 spss استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد که میانگین راهکارهای مورد مطالعه جهت کنترلحمل و نقل و ترافیک، به‌طور کلی بالاتر از حد متوسط(3.95) می باشد. نتایج آزمون رگرسیون نیز نشان داد که راهکار مشارکت مردمی با بتای 0.360 و سیستم های حمل و نقل هوشمند با بتای 0.329 بیشترین تاثیر را بر کنترل ترافیک در شهر همدان دارد و راهکار زیرساختی، طرح ها و پروژه های عمرانی با بتای 0.160 تاثیر کمی بر کنترل ترافیک شهرهمدان داشته است.
