چکیده
|
هدف این پژوهش، بررسی میزان هوش فرهنگی اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه علوم انتظامی، به روش توصیفی و ازنوع پیمایشی بود. جامعۀ آماری را کلیۀ اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه علوم انتطامی به‌تعداد 370 نفر تشکیل دادند. با بهره گیری ازروش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده و جدول برآورد حجم نمونۀ کرجسی و مورگان، تعداد 191 نفر به‌عنوان نمونۀ آماری انتخاب شدند. در پژوهش حاضر، ابزار اندازه گیری پرسشنامۀ استاندارد سنجش هوش فرهنگی انگ، وان داین وکوه (2004) بود. برای سنجش روایی از روش سنجش محتوایی cvr و برای سنجش پایایی از روش آلفای کرونباخ استفاده گردید و میزان روایی و پایایی به‌ترتیب 0.84و 0.821 محاسبه شد. با بهره گیری از شاخص های آمار توصیفی و آزمون t تک نمونه ای بهمنظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، مشخص شد که میزان هوش فرهنگی اعضای هیات علمی به‌تفکیک در بعد فراشناختی (3.18)، در بعد شناختی (3.45)، در بعد انگیزشی (3.92)، در بعد رفتاری (3.57) و درمجموع (3.53) به دست آمد که بالاتر ازحد متوسط بود.

Abstract
|
This research aims to assess the amount of cultural intelligence of Police University faculty members. The research method was descriptive survey and the statistical population (N=370) consisted of all the faculty members of Police University. Using simple random sampling method and Krejcie and Morgan sample size estimation table, 191 people were selected as the statistical sample. The measuring instrument of the present study was the standard questionnaire for measuring cultural intelligence of Ang, Van Dyne and Koh (2004). CVR method was used in order to assess the validity and Cronbach’s alpha to assess the reliability; the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were calculated as 0.84 and 0.821, respectively. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and onesample ttest. The results illustrated that the amount of faculty members’ cultural intelligence were calculated as follows: in metacognitive dimension (3.18), cognitive dimension (3.45), motivational dimension (3.92), behavioral dimension (3.57), and in total (3.53), amounting above the average.
