تاثیر ادبیات رفتاری بر پویایی رابطۀ پلیس با مردم

یکی از مهم‌ترین مسائل مربوط به پلیس، نحوة رفتار با مردم است، چراکه اثرات مثبت و منفی رفتار پلیس جنبۀ عمومی دارد و مستقیماً بر امنیت جامعه اثر می گذارد. این پژوهش، با هدف اثربخشی ادبیات رفتاری بر پویایی رفتار پلیس با مردم انجام ‌شده است. پژوهش حاضر، از نوع توصیفیتحلیلی و به روش مقطعی است. جامعة آماری این پژوهش، شامل کلیۀ شهروندان شهرستان آبادان به تعداد دویست ونودوهشت هزار نفر است که 352 نفر از آن به‌عنوان نمونۀ آماری با استفاده از فرمول کوکران برای جوامع محدود و به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی سادۀ اتفاقی انتخاب‌ شدند. به منظور جمع‌آوری داده ها، از پرسشنامۀ 30 گویه ای محقق ساخته استفاده‌ شد که دارای 6 مولفه (ادبیات رفتاری، اعتماد عمومی، مشارکت عمومی، احساس امنیت، آرامش اجتماعی و رضایت عمومی) است. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه با بهره گیری از آزمون kmo  با ضریب 0.861 و پایایی آن با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب برای ادبیات رفتاری 0.88، اعتماد عمومی 0.91، مشارکت عمومی 0.83، احساس امنیت 0.83، آرامش اجتماعی 0.81 و رضایت عمومی 0.96 مورد تایید قرار گرفت. تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها نشان می‌دهد که اعتماد عمومی، مشارکت عمومی، احساس امنیت، آرامش اجتماعی و رضایت عمومی به وسیلۀ ادبیات رفتاری پلیس تبیین می‌شوند.

The Impact of Police Behavioral Regulations on the Dynamism of Police Relationship with People

One of the most important issues related to the police is how to treat people, because the positive and negative effects of police behavior are public and directly affect the security of society. This research aims to investigate the impact of police behavioral regulations on the dynamism of police relationship with people. The research is descriptiveanalytical and crosssectional. The statistical population of this research consists of all Abadan citizens amounting to two hundred and ninetyeight thousand people of which 352 people have been selected as the statistical sample using Cochran’s formula for limited communities and by simple random sampling. A 30item researchermade questionnaire was used to collect the data. This questionnaire includes 6 components (behavioral regulations, public reliability, public participation, sense of security, social peace, and public satisfaction). Content validity of the questionnaire using KMO test with coefficient of 0.861 and its reliability using Cronbach’s alpha test for behavioral literature 0.88, public reliability 0.91, public participation 0.83, sense of security 0.83, social peace 0.81, and public satisfaction of 0.96 was confirmed. Data analysis illustrates that public reliability, public participation, sense of security, social peace, and public satisfaction are explained by the police behavioral regulations.
