نقش ارزش‌های فرهنگی «پلیس 110» در احساس تعلق به پلیس و رفتار شهروندی

هدف این پژوهش، بررسی نقش تعدیل‌گری ارزش‌های فرهنگی در تاثیر توسعۀ مشارکت، آشنایی با سازمان، تعلق به سازمان، مسوولیت اجتماعی و خودتجانسی پلیس110 بر رفتار شهروندی در شهر همدان بود. پژوهش حاضر، ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازحیث جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، توصیفی و از شاخۀ پیمایشی است. به منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها، از روش الگو‌یابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی‌ال‌اس بهره ‌شد. جامعۀ آ‌ماری پژوهش را شهروندان شهر همدان تشکیل دادند که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران برای جامعۀ نامحدود، تعداد 384 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. با توجه به پیمایشی بودن پژوهش، به منظور جمع‌آوری داده ها، ابزار پرسشنامه مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که فردگرایی درمقابل جمع‌گرایی و همچنین دیدگاه بالا به پایین، به طور مشخصی رابطۀ بین خودتجانسی با رفتار شهروندی را تعدیل (0.183) می‌کند. به علاوه، توسعۀ مشارکت (0.754) و آشنایی با پلیس (0.435) بر احساس تعلق تاثیر دارند و احساس تعلق مثبت به پلیس بر مسوولیت (0.914) و خودتجانسی (0.602) تاثیر مثبت و معنادار دارد.

The role of police cultural values 110 in the sense of belonging to the police and citizenship behavior

The fact that citizenship behavior can influence the cultural values of the 110 Police, which are closely related to citizens, helps law enforcement policymakers to enhance the cultural approach of the 110 Police. The purpose of this study was to investigate the moderating role of cultural values in the impact of the development of participation, familiarity, reputation, responsibility and selfesteem of 110 police on citizenship behavior in the city of Hamadan. The present study is a descriptive survey in terms of applied purpose and in terms of data collection. Structural equation modeling method was used to analyze the data using Smart Payals software. The statistical population of the study is the citizens of Hamedan, whose number is unlimited. Therefore, in order to calculate the sample size required for the study using the Cochran’s formula for an unlimited population, 384 people were obtained, . Due to the survey nature of the research, a questionnaire was used to collect data. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were evaluated and confirmed through the relevant tests. The results of the study showed that individualism versus collectivism as well as topdown perspective significantly modulates the relationship between selfesteem and citizenship behavior (0.183). The development of participation (0.754) and familiarity with the police (0.435) also has an effect on the sense of belonging and the feeling of positive belonging to the police has a positive and significant effect on responsibility (0.914) and selfesteem (0.602).
