بایسته های رسانه ای در خصوص معاهده راهبردی ایران و روسیه

معاهده راهبردی ایران و روسیه، به عنوان یک سند کلیدی دارای ابعاد سیاسی، اقتصادی، نظامی و فرهنگی از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی نحوه و ابعاد مختلف بازنمایی این توافق در رسانه‌های متفاوت و بایسته های چگونگی پرداختن به آن در رسانه های جمهوری اسلامی ایران، بویژه رسانه های برون مرزی است. برای تحلیل این موضوع، از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی با تکنیک مطالعه اسنادی و مصاحبه عمیق استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که بیشتر رسانه‌های داخلی، این توافق را به عنوان یک موفقیت دیپلماتیک و اقتصادی معرفی کرده و بر تقویت روابط دو کشور در برابر فشارهای خارجی تاکید می‌کنند. در مقابل، رسانه‌های منتقد به بررسی دقیق‌تر ابعاد مختلف توافق و هزینه‌های محتمل آن می‌پردازند و وابستگی به روسیه را به چالش می‌کشند. همچنین، رسانه‌های غربی این توافق را به عنوان تهدیدی برای منافع آمریکایی و هم‌پیمانانش در خاورمیانه تحلیل می‌کنند. نتایج این پژوهش بر لزوم رعایت بایسته‌های رسانه‌ای، شامل تحلیل دقیق محتوای اخبار، ارائه دیدگاه‌های مختلف و پرهیز از هیجان‌زدگی تاکید دارد و نقش رسانه‌ها در شکل‌دهی به درک عمومی و تاثیرگذاری معاهده مورد پژوهش را، بر سیاست‌گذاری‌ها، اساسی می‌داند.

media imperatives regarding the strategic agreement between iran and russia

the main objective of this research is to examine the various dimensions of representation of this agreement in different media and the imperatives of how to address it in the mass media of the islamic republic of iran, particularly in international media. the aforementioned agreement is considered a key document with significant political, economic, military, and cultural dimensions. to analyze this issue, a qualitative content analysis method with a documentary study and in-depth interview technique has been used. the findings show that most domestic media have introduced this agreement as a successful diplomatic and economic achievement, emphasizing the strengthening of relations between the two countries in the face of external pressures. in contrast, critical media have examined the different dimensions of the agreement in more detail and challenged the dependence on russia. moreover, western media have analyzed this agreement as a threat to american interests and its allies in the middle east. the results of this research emphasize the importance of observing media imperatives, including a detailed analysis of news content, presenting different perspectives, and avoiding sensationalism, and highlight the crucial role of media in shaping public understanding and influencing policy-making.
