داعش در افغانستان؛ ماهیت، اهداف و چشم انداز آن

گروه تروریستی داعش با دیدی جهان گرا، خواستار به اصطلاح حاکمیت خلافت اسلامی در گستره‌ای از خاورمیانه، شمال آفریقا و جنوب اروپا تا قفقاز، آسیای مرکزی و افغانستان و پاکستان و حتی بخش‌هایی از ایران و هند است. اگر داعش در سوریه و عراق به بن‌بست برسد، افغانستان بهترین مکان برای ادامه فعالیت این گروه محسوب می‌شود. هماهنگی سیاست‌های داعش با اهداف برخی از کشورهای منطقه و همچنین کارکرد این گروه در رقابت قدرت‌های جهانی، زمینة مناسبی برای نفوذ داعش در افغانستان به وجود آورده است. وجود تفکرتحریف شده جهادی در میان گروه‌های تروریستی افغانستان، ورود داعش به این کشور را تسهیل می‌کند. البته گروه‌های افراط‌گرای افغان با داعش بر سرِ تکفیر شیعیان اختلاف‌نظر دارند. دیگر اختلاف داعش و این گروه‌ها بر سر قدرت است. به نظر می‌رسد تهدید داعش برای کشورهای هم‌جوار افغانستان، کشورهای مذکور را برای مقابله با تهدید این گروه به تشکیل ائتلافی هرچند نانوشته ترغیب کند.

DAESH in Afghanistan; Nature, Goals and Perspective

The terrorist group DAESH, as part of its global pretensions, seeks to set up what it call the “Islamic Caliphate” over a vast region extending from North Africa and South Europe to the Caucasus, Central Asia, the Arab World, Afghanistan, Pakistan and even parts of Iran and India. If DAESH is defeated in Syria and Iraq, the best place for continuation of its activities seems to be Afghanistan. The coordination of the policies of DAESH with the goals of certain regional countries, coupled with tis policies visàvis the global powers, seems to have set a proper ground for its influence in Afghanistan. The existence of Jihadi ideology among the Afghan terrorist groups facilitates the entrance of DAESH to that country. Of course, the extremist Afghan groups have differences of opinion with DSESH on the excommunication of Shi’a Muslims. Another difference between DAESH and these groups is the sharing of power. It seems that the threat of DAESH for countries neighboring Afghanistan is likely to persuade these countries to form an undeclared coalition to counter such threats.
