ویروس ابولا و منافع تجاری، نظامی و سیاسی آمریکا

بعد از شیوع ویروس مرگبار ابولا در گینه بیسائو و تسری آن به سایر کشورهای آفریقایی دارای ذخایر طبیعی فراوان، دو دیدگاه عمده در خصوص چرایی و چگونگی انتشار آن بین پژوهشگران شکل گرفت. نگاه اول، این ویروس را ناشی از شرایط زیست‌محیطی در آفریقا تلقی می‌کند، ولی نگاه دوم آن را در مقولة «بیوتروریسم» بررسی می‌کند. مقاله حاضر با روش توصیفی تحلیلی، شواهد و مستندات موجود و قابل‌اتکا دو دیدگاه مذکور را بررسی می کند. نتایج، بیانگر آن است که ظن غالب در انتشار ویروس ابولا و طولانی شدن مهار آن، بهره‌برداری هدفمند آمریکا از آن در راستای منافع اقتصادی، نظامی و سیاسی خودش است. به نظر می‌رسد واشنگتن به بهانة مبارزه با ابولا درصدد افزایش حضور نظامی و سیاسی خود در قاره آفریقا و جلوگیری از حضور گسترده‌تر رقبای خود مانند چین در معادن، صنایع و کشاورزی این کشورها است. به گفتة متخصصان بیماری‌های میکروبی، ایالات‌متحده با تبلیغات معکوس، این موضوع را پوشانده است که ویروس هولناک ابولا محصول مهندسی زیستی در آزمایشگاه‌های آمریکا بوده است. در نهایت، با به تعویق انداختن تامین بودجه و امدادرسانی‌های پزشکی، نیروهای نظامی خود را تحت پوشش کمک به جلوگیری از انتشار ابولا و حفظ صلح در غرب آفریقا، در این منطقه مستقر کرد تا پایگاه‌های نظامی و سیاسی خود را گسترش داده و مبادلات تجاری آفریقا را به انحصار خود درآورد.

Ebola Virus and the US’s Commercial, Military and Political Interests

After the Outbreak of fatal Ebola fatal virus in Guinea and its spread to other African countries with ample natural reserves, two major viewpoints emerged among researchers as to why and how it spread. The first viewpoint considers that the virus had been caused by environmental conditions in Africa; while the second one examines it within the topic of “Bioterrorism”. This article reviews the existing and reliable evidence and documents of both viewpoints with a descriptiveanalytical method. The results indicate the dominant view that the spread of Ebola virus and prolongation of its control is because of the American targeted exploitation of it in line with its economic, military and political interests. It seems that Washington, with the pretext of campaign against Ebola, is seeking to increase its military and political presence in Africa and prevent the wide presence of rivals, especially China in the mines, industries and agriculture sectors of these countries. According to experts of microorganic diseases, the United States through reverse propaganda has hidden the issue that the lethal Ebola virus is the product of bioengineering at labs in the US. Finally, with suspension of budget supply and medical assistance, including swift provision of Ebola vaccine, it has deployed military forces under the guise of helping prevention of Ebola spread and preservation of peace in West Africa, in a bid to expand its political bases and monopolize trade dealings of the Dark Continent.
