نقض حقوق‌بشر در محدودیت‌های دارویی ناشی از تحریم‌های واشنگتن علیه ایران؛ نحوه بازنمایی آن در رسانه‌های آمریکا

تحریم‌های ایالات‌متحده آمریکا، حوزه دارو، درمان و سلامت ایرانیان را تحت تاثیر قرار داده است. بنابراین، مطالعه ابعاد نقض حقوق بین‌الملل ‌بشر در ایجاد محدودیت دارویی در ایران از منظر قواعد حقوق‌بشری و تعهدات بین‌المللی حائز اهمیت است. بر این اساس، این مقاله به سوالاتی از قبیل مشروعیت حقوقی بین‌المللی ایجاد محدودیت دارویی در ایران و ابعاد نقض حقوق بین‌الملل بشر در ایجاد این محدودیت، پاسخ داده است. روش پژوهش در بررسی قواعد حقوق بین‌الملل بشر، گزارش‌های نهادهای حقوق‌بشری در ایران و رسانه‌های بین‌المللی آمریکایی، توصیفی تحلیلی بوده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که تحریم‌های ایالات‌متحده آمریکا علیه ایران، بر حق دسترسی ایرانیان به دارو، درمان و تجهیزات پزشکی و نیز حق بر سلامتی به‌ویژه در زمان مقابله با کرونا، تاثیرات منفی قابل‌ملاحظه‌ای گذاشته است. گزارش‌های اندیشکده‌ها و رسانه‌های بین‌المللی آمریکا نیز نقش تحریم‌های این کشور در محدودیت دارویی در ایران و ایجاد اخلال در روند ارسال دارو و تجهیزات درمانی به ایران را تائید می‌کنند که حاکی از تروریسم دارویی واشنگتن علیه تهران است.

Dimensions of Human Rights Violations in Drug Restrictions Resulting from Washington’s Sanctions against Iran; the Way of Representation in the American Media

US sanctions have affected Iranians’ medicine, treatment and health. Therefore, the study of the dimensions of international human rights violations in creating medicine restrictions in Iran is important from the perspective of human rights rules and international obligations. Accordingly, this article answers questions such as the international legal legitimacy of medicine restrictions in Iran and the dimensions of international human rights violations in creating these restrictions. The research method in examining the rules of international human rights, reports of human rights organizations and the American international media has been descriptiveanalytical. The results show that US sanctions against Iran have had a significant negative impact on Iranians’ right to access medicine, treatment and medical equipment, as well as their right to health, especially in the fight against Coronavirus disease. Reports from US think tanks and international media also confirm the role of US sanctions in restricting medicine in Iran and disrupting the delivery of drugs and medical equipment to Iran, all of which indicate Washington’s drug terrorism against Tehran.
