تاثیر همگرایی و واگرایی جمهوری اسلامی ایران و عربستان سعودی بر سیاست خارجی دولت آمریکا در قبال ایران (با تاکید بر راهکارهای رسانه‌ای)

ایران و عربستان سعودی به‌مثابه دو قطب مهم در غرب آسیا، روندی از همگرایی و واگرایی را در مناسبات خود طی کرده‌اند. وزن ژئوپلیتیکی دو کشور در این منطقه و نقش بالقوه‌ آن‌ها در حل تعارضات تا حدی است که هر یک از دو کشور، همواره به‌عنوان بازیگری راهبردی در پروژه‌های کلان بازیگران جهانی، انتخاب شده‌اند. بر این اساس، هدف مقاله حاضر تحلیل عوامل همگراساز و واگراساز در روابط جمهوری اسلامی ایران و عربستان سعودی و تاثیر این عوامل بر سیاست خارجی دولت امریکا در قبال ایران است. روش پژوهش، توصیفیتحلیلی است. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که روابط ایران و عربستان سعودی مبتنی بر تقابل و همکاری بوده است. رابطه‌ای که مکانیزم‌های آن با درگیری‌های ژئوپلیتیک، جنگ‌های نیابتی، نفتی و ائتلاف‌سازی منطقه‌ای پیوند خورده است؛ بر این اساس، با داشتن تهدیدهای مشترک و توانمندی‌ها و قابلیت‌های دو کشور و راهبرد «منفعت‌محور» و«دخالت‌گرایانه‌» دولت امریکا در امور داخلی کشورهای غرب آسیا، قرار گرفتن ایران و عربستان بر مدار واقعیت‌ها و اشتراکات جغرافیایی، فرهنگی و اقتصادی با تقویت «سیاست همسایگی» از طریق دیپلماسی عمومی و دیپلماسی رسانه‌ای، همگرایی دو کشور ضرورتی اجتناب‌ناپذیر است.

The Impact of the Convergence and Divergence of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Saudi Arabia on the Foreign Policy of the US Government towards Iran (with emphasis on media strategies)

Iran and Saudi Arabia, as two important poles in West Asia, have undergone a process of convergence and divergence in their relations. The geopolitical weight of the two countries in the region and their potential role in resolving conflicts is such that each of the two countries has always been selected as a strategic actor in major projects of global actorsAccordingly, the purpose of this article is to analyze the convergent and divergent factors in the relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Saudi Arabia and the impact of these factors on the foreign policy of the US government towards Iran. The research method is descriptiveanalytical. The results of the research indicate that the relations between Iran and Saudi Arabia have been based on confrontation and cooperation. A relationship whose mechanisms are linked to geopolitical conflicts, proxy wars, oil wars, and regional alliances; Accordingly, with the common threats and capabilities of the two countries and the &utilitarian& and &interventionist& strategy of the US government in the internal affairs of West Asia, Iran and Saudi Arabia are placed on the orbit of facts and geographical, cultural and economic commonalities by strengthening & Neighborhood Policy &Through public diplomacy and media diplomacy, the convergence of the two countries is an inevitable necessity.
