شناخت زمینه های ارائه طرح معامله قرن، امکان سنجی تحقّق آن و رسالت شبکه‌های برون‌مرزی

شکست طرح های پیشین برای سازش بین دو طرف صهیونیستی فلسطینی، سران رژیم صهیونیستی و آمریکا را بر آن داشت تا طرحی نو برای تحقق اهداف پیشین ارائه کنند که امروزه از آن به «معامله قرن» یاد می شود. لذا پرسش اصلی مقاله پیش رو عبارت است از: «چه زمینه هایی موجب طرح چنین معامله ای شده است؟» واکاوی ماهیت طرح یاد شده و رفتار سیاسی طرّاحان و بازیگران آن در چارچوب ابعاد 5 گانه مکتب کپنهاگ و به ‌روش توصیفی تحلیلی، نگارندگان را به این نتیجه رساند که طرح مزبور، با توجه به زمینه‌هایی چون تامین امنیت رژیم صهیونیستی، وجود نزاع سیاسی بین گروه های فلسطینی، تحولات قدرت در عربستان سعودی، کند شدن روند بیداری اسلامی، گسترش مقبولیت منطقه ای ایران به دنبال پیروزی های محور مقاومت، توسعه روابط آشکار و پنهان عربی صهیونیستی، افزایش بحران اقتصادی در غرب آسیا و اهمیت انرژی در معادلات قدرت، در کنار جایگاه محوری مسجدالاقصی، صحرای سینا و کرانه باختری از منظر فرهنگی و ژئوپلیتیک، ارائه شده است.

Identifying the Grounds for Presenting Century Deal, Feasibility of its Realization and World Service Networks’ Prophecy

The failure of the previous plans for reaching a compromise between the two sides, the Zionist and the Palestinian, have led the leaders of the US and the Zionist regime to present a new plan in order to realize the preceding objectives which is called “the deal of the century” nowadays. So the main question of this research is as follows: what are the grounds which have led to the presentation of such deal? Examining the nature of the plan and the political behavior of its designers and players in the context of the quintuple dimensions of the Copenhagen School and using the descriptiveanalytical method, the authors concluded that the aforesaid plan has been presented with regard to the issues such as the social security of the Zionist regime, political conflict between Palestinian groups, powerdevelopments in Saudi Arabia, slowing down the process of the Islamic Awakening, the spread of Iran’s regional admissibility followed by the victories of the resistance axis and expanding the covert or overt ArabZionist relationships, the escalation of the economic crisis in western Asia and the importance of energy in power equations, alongside the pivotal position of AlAqsa mosque, Sinai desert and the West Bank from the cultural and geopolitical point of view.
