نقش دیپلماسی رسانه‌ای برون‌مرزی در تحکیم جایگاه منطقه‌ای ایران

پیشرفت های علمی و فنآورانه علاوه بر تاثیر مستقیم بر عرصه ارتباطات و رسانه، به‌طور غیرمستقیم بر روابط بین‌الملل و دیپلماسی اثر گذاشته‌اند. آن‌گونه که امروزه شاهد نقش شگرف دیپلماسی رسانه‌ای و قدرت نرم در تغییر جایگاه و نسبت دولت‌های ملی در مناطق مختلف جهان هستیم. جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز از این قاعده مستثنی نیست و جایگاه منطقه‌ای ایران بر اساس نوع و میزان بهره‌گیری از مولفه‌های مختلفی از جمله دیپلماسی رسانه‌ای قابل ارزیابی است. در این مقاله تلاش شده است تا بر اساس مباحث دیپلماسی رسانه‌ای به بررسی تاثیر شبکه‌های برون‌مرزی صداوسیما بر جایگاه منطقه‌ای جمهوری اسلامی ایران در چهارمین دهه از انقلاب شکوهمند اسلامی پرداخته شود. یافته‌های مقاله نشان می‌دهند که شبکه‌های برون‌مرزی صداوسیما بر اساس الگوی بازتاب واقعی درباره مهم‌ترین وقایع منطقه جنوب غربی آسیا از جمله فعالیت های صلح‌آمیز هسته‌ای، جنایات رژیم صهیونیستی در فلسطین، تحولات سوریه، عراق و بحرین و تجاوز نظامی عربستان سعودی به یمن توانسته‌اند ضمن تبیین گفتمان انقلاب اسلامی، افکار عمومی جهان را متوجه موانع ریاکارانه رسانه های غربی نمایند. به طوری که افزایش تاثیرگذاری و ضریب نفوذ رسانه های برون مرزی در جوامع هدف و نقش آنها در تحکیم جایگاه منطقه‌ای جمهوری اسلامی ایران، از سوی اندیشکده ها و مراکز تحقیقاتی معتبر غربی مانند رند نیز اذعان گردیده است.

The Role of World Service Media Diplomacy in Consolidation the Regional Status of Islamic Republic of Iran

Adding to direct effects on the scope of communications and media, the scientific and technological progresses have also an indirect influence on the international relations and diplomacy. As nowadays, we witness the wonderful role of media diplomacy and soft power in changing the place of nation states and their proportion in different regions in the world. The Islamic Republic of Iran also is not an exception from this rule and the Iran’s regional status is measurable based on the kind and the amount of utilizing different elements including; media diplomacy. This paper attempts to study the influence of IRIB World Services’ networks on the regional status of Iran in the fourth decade of glorious Islamic Revolution. The findings show that the IRIB World Services’ networks according to the pattern of real representation about the most important incidents in southwest Asia such as peaceful nuclear activities, the Zionist regime crimes in Palestine, developments in Syria, Iraq and Bahrain as well as Saudi Arabia’s aggression in Yemen have been able to make the world public opinion aware of the hypocritical stance of western media. In a way that, western valid research institutions and think thanks such as RAND have confessed to the increasing of IRIB World Service media’s effectivity and coefficient of influence in target communities and their role in consolidation of Iran’s regional status.
