اقدامات آمریکا در گسترش تجارت مواد مخدر در افغانستان و رویکردهای رسانه‌ای به آن

چکیده
|
از سال 2001، آمریکا با اشغال افغانستان بر مبارزه با تروریسم، مقابله با کشت مواد مخدر و دولت‌سازی در افغانستان تاکید می‌کند. هدف این مقاله، بر بررسی تبعات حمله نظامی ایالات متحده آمریکا به افغانستان در سال 2001 در گسترش تولید و تجارت مواد مخدر و تقویت تروریسم در این کشور متمرکز است. بر این اساس، با روش توصیفی تحلیلی، ابتدا به مختصات نظامی‌گری آمریکا با نگاه به جایگاه بین‌المللی این کشور پرداخته شده و سپس سابقه حضور نظامی آمریکا در دو مقطع پیش و پس از 11 سپتامبر در افغانستان بررسی شده است. پس از آن تاثیرات حمله نظامی بر گسترش تجارت مواد مخدر و تروریسم و آثار هر دو مورد در وضعیت اقتصادی، اجتماعی و سیاسی این کشور مطالعه شده است. نتایج مقاله نشان می‌دهد که آمریکا چگونه با دائمی و فرسایشی کردن جنگ افغانستان موجب گسترش تجارت مواد مخدر و تروریسم را فراهم آورده است. در واقع هدف کانونی آمریکا از ایجاد زمینه حضور دائمی این کشور در این منطقه حساس، تداوم بخشیدن به مداخله و سلطه نامشروع خود است.

The Proceedings of America in Spreading Drug Trafficking in Afghanistan and the Media Approach to it

Abstract
|
Since 2001, the United States of America emphasizing on fighting against terrorism, confronting drug cultivation and statebuilding in Afghanistan following its occupation. The purpose of this article is to analyze the consequences of The US military strike on Afghanistan in 2001, considering two phenomena of drug trafficking and strengthen of terrorism. Using an analyticaldescriptive method, this paper firstly, analyze the features of the US militarism considering its international position and study the history of its military presence in Afghanistan during two periods, before and after September 11. Then, the impacts of the US invasion of Afghanistan on the drug trafficking and terrorism in latter country and the consequences of these two phenomena on the political, economic and social situation in Afghanistan. The results of this research shows that how America’s intervention has led to spread the drug trafficking and terrorism through perpetuating and eroding the war in Afghanistan. In fact, the main purpose of the US perpetual presence in this important region is the continuity of its illegitimate intervention and hegemony in this important region.
