تعارضات روسیه و آمریکا در دوره ریاست جمهوری ترامپ و رویکرد رسانه‌ای به آن

روابط روسیه و آمریکا یکی از جذاب‌ترین موضوعات برای پژوهشگران حوزه روابط بین‌‌الملل محسوب می‌شود. در دوره ریاست جمهوری دونالد ترامپ این روابط از نوسانات پیچیده‌ای برخوردار شده است. بخشی از این پیچیدگی به رقابت‌های راهبردی دو کشور و بخشی دیگر به کنش‌های همکاری‌جویانه تاکتیکی آن‌ها مربوط می‌شود. بر این اساس مقاله حاضر درصدد پاسخگویی به این سوال است که مهم‌ترین تعارضات روسیه و آمریکا در دوره ریاست جمهوری دونالد ترامپ چه مواردی است؟ یافته‌های مقاله نشان می‌دهد که در سه سطح دوجانبه، منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی می‌توان تعارضات دو کشور را در مقطع مذکور دسته‌بندی کرد. از جمله محل‌های منازعه می‌توان به موازنه هسته‌ای، اختلافات تجاری، تحریم‌ها در سطوح بین‌المللی، گسترش ناتو به شرق، دخالت در امور داخلی یکدیگر، مسئله اوکراین و سوریه اشاره کرد. در این مقاله پژوهشی به روش «توصیفی تحلیلی» و با استفاده از بررسی راهبردها، اسناد امنیتی منتشر شده و همچنین تجزیه و تحلیل تصمیمات تقابلی متصدیان حوزه‌های مختلف دو کشور، مولفه‌های رفتار راهبردی موثر بر گسترش اختلافات دوسویه، تبیین می‌شود.

Conflicts between Russia and the United States during the Presidency of Donald Trump and the Media Approach to it

researchers in the International Relations. During the presidency of Donald Trump, these relations have complicated fluctuations. Part of this complexity relates to the strategic rivalry between the two countries and partly to their tactical collaborative actions. Accordingly, the question of this article is that, what are the most significant conflicts between Russia and the United States during the presidency of Donald Trump? The findings of the paper show that conflicts between the two countries at that period can be categorized at the three levels of bilateral, regional and international. In this regard, some of the potential conflicts that can be mentioned are; nuclear balance, trade disputes, sanctions in international levels, NATO’s eastward expansion, intervention in each other domestic issues, the issues of Ukraine and Syria. Using &descriptiveanalytical& method, and reviewing strategies and security documents, and also analyzing the opposite decisions of decisionmakers in different sects of two countries, the components of influencing strategic behavior on the expansion of bilateral disputes are explained.
