جنبش جلیقه‌زردها در فرانسه؛ زمینه‌ها، روندها، پیامدها و پیشنهادهای رسانه‌ای

جنبش جلیقه‌زردها مظهر اعتراض طبقات ضعیف و متوسط جامعه فرانسه به سیاست‌های اقتصادی و مالیاتی امانوئل ماکرون و نتیجه افزایش شکاف‌های اجتماعی در این کشور محسوب می‌شود. از این رو، مقاله حاضر با اتکا به روش کیفی از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی، به تبیین چرایی شکل‌گیری جنبش جلیقه‌زردها در فرانسه و چگونگی تاثیرگذاری آن بر حیات سیاسی فرانسه در سطوح ملی و فراملی پرداخته است. بررسی‌ها و یافته‌های این مقاله نشان می‌دهد که این جنبش به‌لحاظ استمرار و بروز خشونت در جمهوری پنجم فرانسه بی‌سابقه بوده و پیامدهای سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و امنیتی متعددی برای فرانسه به‌دنبال داشته است. کاهش ده‌ درصدی سفرهای گردشگری به فرانسه، خشونت پلیس، حمله به شعب بانکی و مراکز تجاری و به آتش کشیدن خودروها، افزایش روحیه مطالبه‌گری از دولت و ایجاد راهپیمایی‌های اعتراضی در بین اقشار مختلف جامعه، افزایش محبوبیت حزب تجمع ملی با گرایش‌های راست افراطی، افزایش چشمگیر خودکشی در بین نیروهای پلیس فرانسه ازجمله پیامدهای داخلی جنبش جلیقه‌زردها بوده است. در بعد خارجی نیز پیامدهایی مانند تضعیف موضع ماکرون در سطح بین‌المللی به‌‌ویژه ازمنظر سیاست‌های زیست‌محیطی، افزایش مداخله‌های ترامپ در امور داخلی فرانسه و اتحادیه اروپا و الهام‌بخشی این جنبش به جنبش‌های مشابه در فلسطین اشغالی، تونس و مصر قابل مشاهده است.

The Yellow Vest Movement in France; Contexts, Trends, Implications and Suggestions for Media Coverage

The yellow vest movement represents the protests of the weak and middle classes of French society to the economic and tax policies of President Emmanuel Macron and has been the outcome of increasing social gaps in this country. Therefore, the present paper, through a qualitative method of descriptiveanalytic type, explains why the vest yellow movement in France has been formed and how was its impact on the political life of France at national and transnational levels. Reviews and findings of this article demonstrates that this movement is unprecedented in terms of continuation and violence rate in the Fifth Republic of France and has resulted in political, economic, social and security consequences for France. The 10 percent reduction of touristic trips to France, the rate of police violence, attack on bank branches and commercial centers, firing the cars, the increasing level of public request from the government and the protesting demonstrations among different segments of society, the increase in the popularity of the far right party (National Front) and a dramatic increase in suicide of the French police forces are among the internal implications of the yellow vest movement. At the external level, one can enumerate the consequences such as: weakening the international position of President Macron, especially from the perspective of environmental policies, the rise of Trump’s interventionist speeches regarding the internal affairs of France and the European Union as well as the inspiration of this movement for similar movements in Palestine, Tunisia and Egypt.
