کارکردها و چالش‌های منطقه آزاد چابهار در ایجاد همگرایی منطقه‌ای و توصیه‌هایی برای پوشش رسانه‌ای

منطقه آزاد چابهار در جنوب شرقی ایران از مهم‌ترین مناطق آزاد کشور محسوب می‌شود که از کارکردهای قابل توجهی برخوردار است. هدف اصلی این مقاله بررسی کارکردها و چالش‌های منطقه چابهار در ایجاد همگرایی منطقه‌ای است. بر همین اساس پرسش‌های محوری مقاله اینگونه صورت‌بندی شده است: مهم‌ترین قابلیت‌های منطقه چابهار برای ایجاد همگرایی در بین کشورهای منطقه چیست؟ این منطقه با چه چالش‌هایی در این زمینه مواجه است؟ چه راهکارهای رسانه‌ای برای شناساندن ظرفیت‌های چابهار و ایجاد همگرایی بین کشورهای پیرامون آن می‌توان مطرح نمود؟ یافته‌های مقاله نشان می‌دهد با توجه به وجود منافع مشترک جهت افزایش همکاری اقتصادی میان کشورهای منطقه، امکان گسترش همکاری بین کنشگران فعال و دخیل در منطقه چابهار وجود دارد. مهم‌ترین قابلیت‌های همگرایانه‌ی چابهار اتصال آن به آب‌های آزاد بین‌المللی، ظرفیت آن برای جایگزینی تنگه هرمز و نیز نقش آن در اتصال و همکاری هند ایران افغانستان روسیه است. در مقابل، مهم‌ترین چالش‌های آن افراط‌گرایی در منطقه، اختلافات هند و پاکستان و نیز نقش تخریبی امریکا و عربستان سعودی است. این مقاله با روش توصیفی تحلیلی به این موضوع پرداخته است.

Functions and Challenges of Chabahar Free Zone in Creating Regional Convergence; Providing some Media Recommendations

Chabahar Free Zone in southeastern Iran is one of the most important free zones in the country which has significant functions. The main purpose of this article is to examine the functions and challenges of the Chabahar region in creating regional Cooperation.Accordingly, the central questions of the paper are as follows; What are the most important capabilities of the Chabahar region to create convergence between countries in the region? What are the challenges facing this region? What media solutions can be offered to introduce Chabahar’s capacities and build cooperation between the countries around it? The findings of the article show that due to the common interest in enhancing economic cooperation among regional countries, it is possible to expand cooperation between active and involved actors in the Chabahar region. Connecting to international high seas, its capacity to replace the Strait of Hormuz and its role in IndiaIranAfghanistanRussia interconnection are the most important capabilities of the Chabahar region for convergence. In contrast, extremism in the region, IndiaPakistan divisions as well as the devastating role of the US and Saudi Arabia are among the most significant challenges. This article is written in a descriptiveanalytical method.
