چالش‌های روابط ترکیه و آمریکا در دوره ترامپ و ارائه رویکردهای رسانه‌ای

روابط ترکیه و آمریکا در دوره ریاست جمهوری ترامپ دستخوش تغییرهایی شده که زمینه را برای ‌ایجاد بحران‌هایی در روابط دو کشور فراهم نموده است.‌ این مقاله در چارچوب نظریه نوواقع‌گرایی و با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی به بررسی بحران‌ها و چالش‌های موجود در روابط دو کشور در دوره ترامپ و تاثیر ‌این موانع بر روابط آنکارا واشنگتن پرداخته است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد چالش‌های روابط دو کشور در دوره مورد مطالعه را می‌توان در سه سطح داخلی، منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی صورت‌بندی و تبیین کرد. موضوعاتی از قبیل بانک خلق، پرونده قتل خاشقچی، محاکمه برانسون، خرید موشک اس 400 توسط ترکیه، نقش آمریکا در کودتای 15 جولای 2016، گسترش احساسات ضدآمریکایی در ترکیه و ویژگی‌های روانی و شخصیتی ترامپ و اردوغان در سطح داخلی، بحران سوریه و موضوع معامله قرن در سطح منطقه‌ای، و همگرایی ترکیه با ‌ایران و روسیه، و مبارزه با داعش در سطح بین‌المللی از جمله مهمترین اختلافات دو کشور محسوب می‌شوند. البته در مجموع با توجه به ماهیت روابط ترکیه و آمریکا و منافع مشترک آنها، به نظر می‌رسد ‌این قبیل اختلافات نمی‌تواند حتی در کوتاه‌مدت موجب قطع روابط ‌این دو موجودیت سیاسی گردد.

Challenges of Turkish-American Relations during the Trump Era and Suggestions for Media Coverage

Relations between Turkey and the United States underwent changes during the current era of Republican rule under the leadership of Trump, which has paved the way for crises in relations between the two countries. In the framework of NeoRealist theory and using a descriptiveanalytical method, this article examines the crises and challenges in relations between the two countries during the Trump era and the impact of these obstacles on AnkaraWashington relations. Findings show that the challenges of relations between the two countries in the period under study can be formulated and explained at three levels: domestic, regional and international. Issues such as the People’s Bank, Khashgechi’s murder case, Branson trial, buy S400 missile by Turkey, US role in July 15, 2016 coup, spreading antiAmerican sentiment in Turkey and also Trump and Erdogan’s psychological and personality traits at domestic level, the Syrian crisis and the issue of the Deal of the Century at the regional level, and Turkey’s convergence with Iran and Russia and the fight against ISIS at the international level are among the most important differences between the two countries. Of course, in general, given the nature of TurkishAmerican relations and their common interests, it can be said that such differences cannot even in the short term lead to the severance of relations between the two political entities.
