تحلیلی بر تجاوز نظامی عربستان سعودی به یمن از منظر حقوق بشردوستانه اسلامی و ارائه رویکردهای رسانه ای

عربستان سعودی تجاوز نظامی به یمن را به شکل حملات هوایی و سپس به صورت همه جانبه تحت عنوان عملیات «طوفان قاطعیت» در 25 مارس 2015 آغاز نمود و جهان اسلام را درگیر این موضوع کرد.حقوقبشردوستانه  اسلامی همواره تلاش داشته است که به هنگام وقوع جنگ های خونین با الزام فرماندهان و سربازان مسلمان به رعایت رفتار انسانی و اجرای دستورات دینی، آثار و لطمات جنگ را به حداقل کاهش دهد. این قواعد در مخاصمه مسلحانه عربستان سعودی علیه یمن به عنوان دو کشور اسلامی نه تنها قابلیت اعمال دارد، بلکه به عنوان یک تکلیف اسلامی برای آنها لازم الاجرا است. بر این اساس، مسئله این مقاله درباره جایگاه قواعد حقوق بشردوستانه اسلامی در حمله عربستان سعودی به یمن شکل گرفته است. روش تحقیق، توصیفی تحلیلی و تکنیک جمع آوری اطلاعات، کتابخانه ای اسنادی بوده است. نتایج پژوهش، نقض مکرر حقوق بشردوستانه اسلامی توسط دولت ریاض و ائتلاف سعودی در جنگ علیه یمن را به اثبات می‌رساند. پیشنهاد می‌شود رسانه های برون‌مرزی صداوسیما، برای تبدیل این موضوع به یک مطالبه شرعی و اسلامی برای جهان اسلام، بیشتر از قبل، ویژه ‌برنامه‌هایی را در این خصوص تولید و پخش کنند.

An Analysis of Saudi Arabia’s Military Invasion to Yemen from the Prespective of Islamic Humanitarian Law and Presenting Media Approaches

Saudi Arabia launched a military aggression on Yemen in the form of airstrikes and then in full force under &Operation Decisive Storm& on March 25, 2015, and finally it involved the Muslim world. Islamic humanitarian law has always sought to minimize the effects of war during bloody wars through forcing Muslim commanders and soldiers to observe humane behavior and carry out religious orders. These rules are not only applicable in Saudi Arabia’s armed conflict against Yemen as two Islamic countries, but also as an Islamic obligation for them. Accordingly, the main question of this article is as follows; how the rules of Islamic humanitarian law were violated in the Saudi aggression on Yemen. The research method was descriptiveanalytical and the data collection technique was librarydocumentary. The results of the study prove the repeated violations of Islamic humanitarian law by the Riyadh government and the Saudi coalition in the war against Yemen. It is suggested that the IRIB World Service produce and broadcast more special programs in this regard than before in order to turn this issue into a religious and Islamic demand for the Islamic world.
