پروژه‌های خطوط انتقال تاپ و تاناپ و تاثیر آن بر معادلات انرژی

طرح ساخت خطوط لوله ترانس آدریاتیک (تاپ) و خطلوله گازی ترانس آناتولی (تاناپ) از جمله طرح های انتقال انرژی است که اگر عملیاتی شود، منابع گازی میدان شاه‌دنیز جمهوری آذربایجان را از مسیر ترکیه و یونان به بلغارستان و ایتالیا منتقل خواهد کرد. پرسش اصلی مقاله پیش رو این است که «پیامد و تاثیر عملیاتی شدن پروژه‌های تاپ و تاناپ بر معادلات انرژی منطقه چیست؟» مطالعات گویای تایید این فرضیه است که «­عملیاتی شدن پروژه‌های تاپ و تاناپ موجب تشدید دور جدیدی از رقابت های ژئواکونومیک و ژئوپلیتیکی در منطقه غرب آسیا می شود»؛ لذا در روند تشدید رقابت بازیگران مختلف و مباحثی که در رابطه با مشارکت ایران در خط لوله تاناپ در فضای پس از برجام مطرح می شود، مناسب است رویکرد ایران درباره خطوط منطقه‌ای انرژی با محوریت افزایش تاثیرگذاری کشورمان مورد بازنگری قرار گیرد. در این راستا اهمیت دارد در رسانه های برون‌مرزی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، مشکلات متعدد خطوط تاپ و تاناپ و مزیت های ایران برای انتقال انرژی تبیین شود. این رسانه‌ها می‌توانند همچنین به موضوع امکان مشارکت ایران در پروژه خط لوله‌های مذکور بپردازند و تشریح کنند که ایران به دلیل ظرفیت های موجود در آن، می‌تواند مشکلات این خطوط لوله را رفع کند.

The Pipeline Projects of TAP and TANAP and its Effect on Energy Equations

The plan of constructing Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) and Trans Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline (TANAP) are among energy transition plans which if would be actualized, so it transports the gas resources of Shah Deniz field in Republic of Azarbayezan through the Turkey and Greece to Bulgaria and Italy. The main question of this article is that &what is the consequence and effect of operational of TAP and TANAP projects on energy equations?& the studies indicate this hypothesis that &the operational of TAP and TANAP projects causes escalation a new circle of geoeconomic and geopolitical competition in the region of West Asia.& Therefore, in the process of escalating rivalry among different players and issues which have been discussed in postJCPOA regarding participation of Iran in TANAP it is appropriate that the approach of Iran toward regional pipelines has been reviewed according to enhancing of our countries influence. In this line it is important that in the World Service media of Islamic Republic of Iran the several problems of TAP and TANAP Pipeline and advantages of Iran for transporting energy have been explained. These media also can discuss about the possibility of Iran’s participation in above mentioned pipelines projects and describe that Iran due to its potentials can solve the problems of these pipelines.
