سندروم معشوقه در مناسبات باکو – تل آویو و رسالت رسانه‌های ایرانی

مناسبات باکو با تل آویو از زمان استقلال جمهوری آذربایجان تاکنون (2017م) به ‌طور پیوسته در حال توسعه مخفیانه بوده است. مقامات باکو و تل آویو، این مناسبات را فراتر از روابط راهبردی و در سطح «اتحاد راهبردی» عنوان می‌کنند. با وجود ابعاد گسترده مناسبات جمهوری آذربایجان و رژیم صهیونیستی، دیدگاه‌های متفاوتی در ارزیابی کمیت و کیفیت مناسبات وجود دارد که از تقلیل در مناسبات مذکور تا مبالغه در آن را شامل می‌شود. دلیل اصلی این تفاوت به پیچیدگی و پنهان‌کاری در مناسبات دو طرف مرتبط می‌شود. به طوری که الیه پوده استاد عبری دانشگاه قدس از این مناسبات با عنوان «سندروم معشوقه» نام می‌برد که نزدیک اما پنهانی می‌باشد. با توجه به خصومت رژیم نامشروع صهیونیستی با ایران و پیوندهای دینی، تاریخی، فرهنگی، نژادی و همسایگی ایران و جمهوری آذربایجان، مناسبات باکو و تل آویو بر تهران دارای تبعاتی است. از این‌رو ضرورت دارد با تبیین علمی و واقع‌بینانه ابعاد این مناسبات، رسالت رسانه‌های ایرانی در این خصوص تبیین گردد. مقاله حاضر در چارچوب نظریه «تحت‌الحمایگی سیاسی» معتقد است توسعه نفوذ رژیم صهیونیستی در حوزه‌های مختلف جمهوری آذربایجان با طرح‌هایی نظیر «ماشاو» در بخش کشاورزی و فرهنگی آغاز شده و تا حساس‌ترین حوزه‌های سیاسی، اقتصادی، امنیتی، دینی، نظامی، آموزشی، ارتباطات، سایبری، بهداشتی و ... گسترش یافته است. بر این اساس، رسانه‌های ایرانی رسالت جدی برای توجه کردن به ابعاد مناسبات باکو و تل آویو و آگاه کردن مخاطبان از ماهیت و تبعات مناسبات مذکور دارند.

Syndrome of Sweetheart in Relations of Baku-Tel Aviv and the Iranian Media Prophecy

The relations between Baku and Tel Aviv since the independence Republic of Azerbaijan up to 2017 constantly are developing in clandestine manner. The official of Baku and Tel Aviv define theses relations beyond the strategic relations and in level of strategic alliance. Despite, the wide dimensions of Republic Azerbaijan and Zionist regime, there are different perspectives in evaluating the quality and quantity of relations which includes from reduction in mentioned relations to exaggerating of it. The main reason of this perspective discrepancy is related to complexity and secrecy in mutual relations. As Alieh Poodeh the Hebrew professor of Quads University calls these relations as Sweetheart Syndrome which is close and secretly.  Regarding the enmity of illegitimate Zionist Regime with Iran as well as religious, historical, cultural, racial ties and neighborhood of Iran and Republic of Azerbaijan, the relations between BakuTel Aviv has implications for Iran. The present paper within the theory of political protection maintains that the increasing of Zionist regime influence in different fields of Republic of Azerbaijan began with plans such as Mashaw in sector of agriculture and culture and spread into most sensitive and important area like political, economic, religious, military, educational, communication, cyber, hygienic and … ones. So, the Iranian media have a serious prophecy to pay attention to dimensions of relations between Baku and Tel Aviv and inform the audiences about nature and repercussions of this relation.
