مقاومت و همه‌پرسی؛ شاخص‌های حل مسئله فلسطین بر اساس دیدگاه‌های مقام معظم رهبری (با ارائه رویکردهای رسانه‌ای)

مسئله فلسطین از مهمترین مسائل جهان اسلام محسوب می‌شود. مقاله حاضر در پی پاسخ به این سوال است که «حل مسئله فلسطین و پایان اشغالگری رژیم صهیونیستی از دیدگاه رهبر جمهوری اسلامی ایران بر چه شاخص‌هایی استوار است»؟ نوشتار، این فرضیه را به آزمون گذاشته است که «مقاومت و جهاد در کنار پیگیری برگزاری همه‌پرسی، از منظر ایران، راهکار حل مسئله فلسطین و مکمل یکدیگر هستند». روش پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی با استفاده از ابزار فیش‌برداری برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ از سخنرانی‌های مقام معظم رهبری و مصاحبه عمیق با 15 کارشناس در حوزه مسائل فلسطین بوده است. یافته‌های مقاله حکایت از آن دارند که جمهوری اسلامی ایران برای حل مسئله فلسطین بر اجرای دو راهکار تاکید کرده است: «مقاومت و همه‌پرسی». ایران علاوه‌بر راهکار نظامی، طرحی حقوقی سیاسی نیز ارائه کرده است. پیشنهاد برگزاری همه‌پرسی در فلسطین برای تعیین ماهیت حقوقی سیاسی دولت حاکم، طرح دموکراتیک ایران است که توسط مقام معظم رهبری مطرح و در سازمان ملل نیز ثبت شده است. در منظومه فکری رهبر انقلاب اسلامی برگزاری همه‌پرسی، ناشی از مقاومت است و ایشان راه‌حل بحران فلسطین را جهاد می‌دانند که در نهایت به تاسیس دولت مستقل فلسطین منجر خواهد شد.

Resistance and Referendum; Criteria for Solving the Palestinian Issue based on the Views of the Iran Supreme Leader (By Proposing Media Approaches)

The issue of Palestine is one of the most important issues in the Islamic world. The present article seeks to answer the question: &What are the criteria for solving the Palestinian issue and ending the occupation of the Zionist regime from the perspective of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran?& The article tests the hypothesis that &resistance and jihad, along with following up on holding a referendum, from Iran’s point of view are solutions to the Palestinian issue and also complement to each other.& Using notetaking tool to collect data from the speeches of the Supreme Leader and indepth interviews with 15 experts in the field of Palestinian issues, the research method was descriptiveanalytical. The findings of the article indicate that the Islamic Republic of Iran has emphasized the implementation of two strategies to solve the Palestinian issue: &Resistance and referendum&. In addition to the military solution, Iran has also presented a juridicalpolitical plan. The proposal to hold a referendum in Palestine to determine the juridicalpolitical nature of the ruling government is a democratic plan of Iran proposed by the Supreme Leader and registered with the United Nations. In the intellectual system of the Leader of theIslamicRevolution, holding a referendum is due to resistance and he believes that the solution to the Palestinian crisis is jihad, which will eventually lead to the establishment of an independent Palestinian state.
