قیاس الگوها و تدوین معیارهای کالبدیِ طراحی میان‌افزا در بافت قدیم شهر رشت در تناظر با مفاهیم پایه در معماری

دیرزمانی است که بافت‌ها و بناهای باارزش کشور به فراموش شده‌های ذهنی بدل و به حال خود رها شده‌اند. تعامل میان نووکهنه، زیرِ پوشِ طرح‌های میان‌افزا، قادر خواهد بود تداوم کالبدی را از طریق ساختارهای جدید در پیوند با ساختارهای تاریخی به بافت باارزش بازگرداند. پژوهش حاضر در پی یافتن الگوهای طراحی مناسب در مقیاس بناهای میان‌افزا در بافت قدیم شهرها و دستیابی به اهم معیارهایی از جنس کالبد و اثرگذار در طرحِ بناهای میان‌افزا در زمینۀ پژوهش است. بنابراین، ضمن تبیین انواع الگوهای میان‌افزایی، به شکل کیفی و با بهره‌گیری از روش‌های توصیفی و تحلیلی، در بداعتی خلاقانه، مبانی‌نظری موجود را در تناظر با مفاهیم پایه در معماری قرار داده تا نموداری جامع از معیارها و ریزمعیارهای کالبدیِ اثرگذار در میان‌افزایی ترسیم کند. در ادامه، با بهره‌گیری از آراء متخصصان، موثرترینِ آن‌ها طی فرآیند سلسله‌مراتبی ahp شناسایی و کارآمدترین و ناکارآمدترین الگوهای میان‌افزایی به کمک تکنیک topsis ارائه داده شده است. از مقایسه تطبیقیِ مبانی‌نظریِ میان‌افزایی با مفاهیم پایه در معماری و تحلیل کیفی آن‌ها، نموداری شامل 4 معیار اصلی فرم، پاسخ به بافت، فضا و مقیاس، 15 معیار فرعی و 31 ریزمعیار به عنوان مولفه های موثر در میان‌افزایی، به‌دست آمد. بر اساس نظرسنجی از متخصصان نیز، الگوی طراحی قیاس، کاراترین روش طراحی در بافت رشت و برآوردن معیارهای کالبدی پاسخ به بافت و فضا به عنوان اثرگذارترین معیارهای میان‌افزایی، شناخته شد.

comparison of patterns and developing physical criteria of infill design in historical context of city of rasht correspondence with basic concepts in architecture

iran's valuable structures and textures have long been relegated to mental oblivion and often left abandoned. the interaction between the new and the old under the guise of infill designs will be able to restore the continuity of physical form and function through new structures integrated with historical ones within the valuable old texture. the present research takes a step towards identifying appropriate design patterns on the scale of infill buildings in the ancient texture of city of rasht and، in another step، seeks to establish essential physical and effective criteria in designing infill buildings along the current texture. elucidating different types of infill models، the present research qualitatively used analytical and descriptive methods in its stages and juxtaposed the collected theoretical foundations with basic concepts in architecture in a creative manner to draw a comprehensive diagram of effective physical criteria and sub-criteria in infill designs. additionally، it benefited from the opinions of experts familiar with the subject and investigated the most effective models using the analytic hierarchy process and the most efficient and inefficient infill patterns using the topsisalgorithm in city of rasht. a diagram consisting of 4 main criteria، namely form، response to texture، space، and scale، along with 15 sub-criteria and 31 detailed criteria، which were effective in infill designs، was drawn according to the comparison of documents and theoretical foundations of infill designs with basic concepts in architecture. according to the expert survey، the integration design model was considered the most effective design method in the texture of city of rasht، and meeting the physical criteria of response to texture and space was the most effective infill criterion
