مطالعه تغییرات مفهوم مسکن متناسب با سبک نوین زندگی شهری با رویکرد اسلامی

مفهوم «مسکن» بعنوان یکی از مهم ترین بناهای استقراریافته در شهر از اهمیت دوچندانی برخوردار است؛ بالواقع مسکن علاوه بر پوشش سطح گسترده تری در بین سایر کاربری های شهری، دربرگیرنده ی بیشترین ساعات سپری شده ی عمر افراد است. این همه در حالی است که از دیرباز، «خانه» برای ایرانیان با ارزش های سنتی و فرهنگی اصیلی مانوس بوده و برای هر فرد از جایگاه مقدسی، برخوردار بوده است. درعین حال، توسعه مسکن نوین کشور، تحت تاثیر سبک معماری غربی، ترجیحات و سلیقه و به تبع آن، نیازهای معاصر افراد، دارای تغییر مفهومی محسوسی بوده است. پژوهش حاضر که با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و با پارادایم کیفی و رویکرد واقع گرایی اسلامی انجام شده است، دارای فرآیندی استقرایی است که عوامل چندگانه ی موثر بر تاثیر و تناسب توسعه مسکن و سبک نوین زندگی شهری را تبیین خواهد نمود. بدین ترتیب، از طریق مصاحبه ی نیمه ساختاریافته در سطح متخصصین، سعی دارد تا تغییرات مفهوم مسکن متناسب با سبک نوین زندگی شهری و با ملاحظه ی رویکرد اسلامی را مطالعه نماید. یافته ها که حول سه سوال کلیدی اصلی تنظیم شده است، نشان می دهند که مفهوم مسکن امروزی بیش از آنکه تحت تاثیر تناسب خود با محتوای سبک نوین زندگی شهری، سمت و سو یابد، تحت هدایت عوامل اقتصادی، دیدگاه سودگرا و منفعت های فردی و مصلحت اندیشی مالی افراد، است. نتیجه چنین روندی، ساخت خانه هایی با فاصله محسوس محتوایی، نسبت به مفهوم سنتی خانه خواهد بود که بسیاری از مفاهیم توسعه مسکن اسلامی را نیز در بر نمی گیرد. هرچند بنظر می رسد که پایبندی به برخی ارزش ها و باورهای اصیل جامعه نظیر محرمیت، پرهیز از اشرافیت و رعایت حال همسایه، در هر صورت، در ترجیحات افراد و در انتخاب خانه، نقش دارد و افراد سعی دارند با توازن میان توان مالی خود و چنین ویژگی هایی در خانه ی انتخابی، ترجیحات خود را بهینه سازند. در نهایت، مفهوم «خانه» امروزی، برساخته ای اجتماعی است که نشان از هویت فرد امروزی، توان مالی وی و ارزش های فرهنگی حاکم بر جامعه دارد. این مفهوم، به فراخور توانمندی اقتصادی وی در کنار ضوابط مدون توسعه مسکن شهری، می تواند دربرگیرنده ی ارزش های اصیل تر و مناسب تری از مفهوم «خانه» در محتوای یک شهر ایرانی- اسلامی، باشد.

study of changes in the concept of housing in accordance with the new urban lifestyle with an islamic approach

the concept of housing as one of the most significant buildings located in the city is doubly important; in fact, housing, in addition to covering a wider area among other urban uses, encompasses the most hours spent in people’s lives. all this while, for a long time, home has been  associated with iranians with traditional and original cultural values and has enjoyed a sacred status for every person. at the same time, the development of modern housing in the country, under the influence of western architectural style, preferences and manner and, consequently, the contemporary needs of individuals, has undergone a significant conceptual change. the present study,  was conducted using descriptive-analytical method and with a qualitative paradigm and islamic realism approach, employs an inductive process that will explain the multiple factors affecting the impact and appropriateness of housing development and modern urban lifestyle. thus, through semi-structured interviews at the expert level, it tries to examine the changes in the concept of housing in accordance with the new urban lifestyle and in terms of the islamic approach. the findings, which revolve around three key questions, reveal that the concept of housing today, rather than being influenced by its relevance to the content of the new urban lifestyle, is guided more by economic factors, utilitarian views, personal interests and financial expediency of individuals. the result of this process is the construction of houses significantly diverge from the traditional concept of the home, lacking many concepts of islamic housing development. however, it seems that adhering to some of the original values and beliefs of society, such as privacy, avoiding overlooking other houses and respecting the neighbor, in any case, plays a crucial role in people’s preferences and in choosing a house, and people try to optimize their preferences by balancing their financial strength with such features in the chosen home. ultimately, the modern concept of home is a social construct that reflects the identity of the individual today, his financial ability and the cultural values that govern society. this concept, in accordance with the economic capability of the individual along with the codified criteria of urban housing development, can incorporate more original and appropriate values of home concept in the content of an iranian-islamic city.
