اثربخشی شناخت درمانی معنویت محور بر ناکارآمدی شناختی، کارکرد حافظه و احساس ‏خستگی بر روی زنان مبتلابه مولتیپل اسکلروزیس

Abstractbackground and‏ ‏aim: ‎the purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of spiritual ‎centered cognitive therapy ‎on cognitive inefficiency, memory function, and fatigue in women with ‎multiple sclerosis. ‎materials and methods: the research method was semi-experimental with pre-test and post-test design ‎with follow-up. statistical population of the study was 30 the women with multiple sclerosis (ms) were ‎members of the mas in tehran. they were randomly selected and randomly assigned to two groups of ‎experimental and control groups. before performing spiritual centered cognitive therapy, the tests of ‎wisconsin, wechsler memory, quicksilver fatigue were performed. subsequently, the group tested ten ‎sessions of 1.5 hours and received spiritual therapy. at the end of the intervention, tests were repeated ‎on two groups, and one month later, for re-testing the tests were performed and the results were analyzed ‎by multivariate analysis of variance with repeated measurement. ‎results: the results showed that spiritual centered cognitive therapy ‎impacted on cognitive ‎inefficiency and memory functions of women with multiple sclerosis, but it is not effective on the ‎fatigue of these patients. ‎conclusion: it is suggested that this method be used to improve cognitive functions and memory ‎functions of patients with multiple sclerosis (ms).‎
