چکیده    Background and purpose: the aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between decision –making styles and psychological empowerment and organizational trust and job satisfaction of managers.materials and methods: this descriptive study which is of correlative type was carried out in the primary schools of semnan city in 2019. the research population was 87 and the census sampling method was estimated. in order to collect data from the decision –making styles, psychological empowerment, organizational trust , and job satisfaction questionnaires‏ were‏ used. the data were analyzed using spss 19 software and correlation and regression test.findings: the research data showed that the level of organizational trust is medium. pearson test results showed that there was a significant relationship between decision -making styles and organizational trust (p≥ 0.05). there was also a significant relationship between psychological empowerment and organizational trust (p≥ 0.05) .conclusion: the results of the study showed that there was a correlation between decision-making styles and psychological empowerment and organizational trust.
