تعیین معیارهای انتخاب راهکار ارجح در طرح ‌ریزی عملیات تاخت آبخاکی

طرح‌ ریزی و اجرای عملیات نظامی مستلزم انجام یک سری کارهای جداگانه با گام‌های مستقل است. با توجه به پیچیدگی‌های خاص جنگ‌های دریایی، ممکن است نقش اساسی نیروی انسانی، اطلاعات و عملیات و لجستیک و سایر عوامل تاثیرگذار به‌خوبی در تصمیم‌گیری فرمانده در انتخاب و ارائه راهکار دیده نشود، از این‌رو شناسایی این عوامل و انتخاب راهکار ارجح و اولویت‌بندی معیارها و به‌کارگیری آن‌ها در نرم‌افزارهای کاربردی می‌توان سبک نوینی در تصمیم‌گیری فرماندهان ارائه داد. مسئله اصلی این است که معیارهای عملیاتی و اطلاعاتی موثر در انتخاب راهکار ارجح در طرح‌ریزی عملیات تاخت آبخاکی را شناسایی نماید تا عملیات تاخت‌ آبخاکی با موفقیت اجرا شود. نوع پژوهش کاربردی و ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در این مقاله از بازبینی اسناد و مدارک است. و در نهایت سعی شده به سوالات زیر پاسخ داده شود: 1- سریع و قاطع بودن، استفاده از نیروهای ویژه، مدت‌زمان عملیات، توانایی دسترسی به هدف، حداقل پشتیبانی خدمات رزمی، تامین مناسب، به‌کارگیری نیروی احتیاط، پوشش و فریب تاکتیکی، واردکردن حداکثر شوک به دشمن، از معیارهای اصلی عملیاتی است. 2- ویژگی‌های ساحل پیاده شدن (جنس و شکل ساحل)، میزان هوشیاری دشمن، معابر وصولی و خروجی، شرایط فیزیکی دریا (جریانات آبی، موج، جذر و مد)، بهترین ترکیب ماه و جذر و مد، از معیارهای اصلی اطلاعاتی است.

planning and executing military operations requires doing a series of separate tasks with independent steps. choosing the best solution is one of the commander’s inherent responsibilities and it is the right solution when the commander achieves the depth of his mission if implemented and achieved. due to the specific complexities of naval wars, the essential role of manpower, information and operations and logistics and other influential factors may not be seen well in the commander’s decision-making in choosing and presenting a solution.therefore, identifying these factors and choosing the best solution and prioritizing criteria and using them in application software can provide a new style in commanders’ decision-making. the main issue is to identify the operational and informational criteria effective in choosing the best solution in planning the invasion operation of the iranian armed forces with the approach of emerging wars, so that the invasion operation can be successfully implemented. the type of applied research and data collection tool in this article is document review. and finally, the following questions have been tried to be answered1- being quick and decisive, using special forces, duration of operation, ability to reach the target, minimum support of combat services, proper supply, use of precautionary force, cover and tactical deception, inflicting maximum shock on the enemy are the main operational criteria. 2- the characteristics of the landing beach (the type and shape of the beach), the level of awareness of the enemy, the collection and exit passages, the physical conditions of the sea (water currents, waves, ebb and flow), the best combination of the moon and the ebb and flow, are among the main information criteria.
