دیپلماسی دفاعی دریایی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در شمال اقیانوس هند

اقیانوس هند و به ‌خصوص شمال آن در مجاورت آب‌های سرزمینی جمهوری اسلامی قرار دارد و جایگاه ژئواستراتژیکی در راهبرد دریایی کشور دارد. بنابراین، ضروری است تا فرصت‌ها، قابلیت‌ها، ظرفیت‌های ژئوپولیتیکی و ژئواستراتژیکی فضای اقیانوس هند در راهبرد دریایی کشور تشریح شود. یکی از فرصت‌های پیشِ رو برای رسیدن به این هدف استفاده از دیپلماسی دفاعی توسط نیروهای دریایی جمهوری اسلامی است. دیپلماسی دفاعی دریایی به عنوان یک ابزار مهم برای تحقق اهداف کلان نیروهای مسلح و با هدف سیاست‌گذاری نظامی و دفاعی بر مبنای ارتباطات نظامی و دفاعی با دیگر کشورها در جهت حفظ ارزش‌های ملی و حیاتی یک کشور در حوزه دریا است. از مهم‌ترین اهمیت‌های انجام این پژوهش افزایش ضریب نفوذ فرامنطقه‌ای جمهوری اسلامی ایران از طریق ابزار دیپلماسی دفاعی و نیروهای دریایی خویش است. در این راستا این پژوهش باهدف شناخت دیپلماسی دفاعی دریایی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در شمال اقیانوس هند (با کشورهای پاکستان، هندوستان، سریلانکا و عمان) و با استفاده از روش کیفی (توصیفی و تحلیلی) از طریق جمع‌آوری اطلاعات کتابخانه‌ای - اسنادی است. در نهایت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها به روش تحلیل محتوا با استفاده از اندیشه، منطق و استدلال، مورد واکاوی و پردازش قرار گرفت و سئوالات تحقیق پاسخ داده شدند.

Maritime defense diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the North Indian Ocean

The Indian Ocean, and especially its north, is adjacent to the territorial waters of the Islamic Republic; And has a geostrategic position in the country’s maritime strategy and it is necessary to explain the opportunities, capabilities, geopolitical and geostrategic capacities of the Indian Ocean space in the country’s maritime strategy. One of the opportunities ahead to achieve this goal is the use of defense diplomacy by the navies of the Islamic Republic. Maritime defense diplomacy is an important tool for achieving the major goals of the armed forces and with the aim of military and defense policymaking based on military and defense relations with other countries in order to preserve the national and vital values ​​of a country in the sea. One of the most important aspects of this research is to increase the transregional influence of the Islamic Republic of Iran through the tools of defense diplomacy and its navy. In this regard, this study aims to identify the maritime defense diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the North Indian Ocean (with Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka and Oman) and using a qualitative method (descriptive and analytical) by collecting librarydocumentary information and in Finally, the data were analyzed by content analysis using thought, logic and reasoning, research data was analyzed and processed and research questions could be answered.
