ارزیابی مولفه‌های فیزیولوژی حوضه‌ زهکشی و هیدرولوژی از نظر آمایش سرزمین ساحلی با تاکید بر ملاحظات دفاعی- امنیتی کشور

آمایش دفاعی نیاز عملی سازماندهی فضا و یا برنامه‌ریزی منطقه‌ای و ناحیه‌ای با هدف توسعه امنیت پایدار و بهره‌گیری از فضا و هزینه های انجام شده در راستای ایجاد و تثبیت امنیت در سطح کشور می‌باشد. آمایش سرزمین به عنوان سازماندهی هماهنگ و سزاوار فضای حیاتی کشور در قالب سیاست‌های کلی توسعه دراز مدت و همه‌جانبه اجتماعی، اقتصادی ، فرهنگی و کالبدی در چهارچوب منطقه‌بندی و تقسیمات کشوری بر اساس ضرورت‌های دفاعی می‌باشد. هدف از این تحقیق، ارزیابی مولفه‌های خصوصیات فیزیکی حوضه‌ زهکشی و هیدرولوژی از نظر آمایش سرزمین با تاکید بر ملاحظات دفاعی امنیتی کشور می‌باشد. روش پژوهش از لحاظ راهبرد هدف گذاری کاربردی و روش آن توصیفی تحلیلی می باشد. داده‌های نظری با روش اسنادی و داده‌های تجربی با روش پیمایشی بر اساس روش دلفی تهیه شده است و از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند استفاده شده است. تعداد خبرگان شرکت‌ کننده 20 نفر از خبرگان و متخصصان دانشگاهی و مراکز پژوهشی انتخاب شده است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات به دست آمده از میانگین نسبی، واریانس و جهت رتبه‌بندی مولفه‌های خصوصیات فیزیکی حوضه‌ زهکشی و هیدرولوژی از آزمون رتبه‌ای فریدمن استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد که مهم‌ترین مولفه خصوصیات فیزیکی حوضه زهکشی از نظر آمایش سرزمین با تاکید بر ملاحظات دفاعی امنیتی کشور لیتولوژی و خاک حوضه (9/85) و شیب متوسط حوضه (9/7) می‌باشد و مهم‌ترین مولفه هیدورلوژی منطقه از نظر آمایش سرزمین با تاکید بر ملاحظات دفاعی امنیتی، بارش (5/08) است.

Evaluation of components of physical characteristics of drainage and hydrological basins in terms of land management with emphasis on defense-security considerations of the country

Defense planning is a practical need for space organization or regional and regional planning with the aim of developing sustainable security and utilizing the space and costs incurred in order to create and stabilize security in the country. Land management as a coordinated organization and deserves the vital space of the country in the form of general policies for longterm and comprehensive social, economic, cultural and physical development in the framework of zoning and national divisions based on defense needs. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the components of physical characteristics of drainage and hydrological basins in terms of land management with emphasis on defensesecurity considerations of the country. The research method is applied in terms of goal setting strategy and its method is descriptiveanalytical. Theoretical data were prepared by documentary method and experimental data by survey method based on Delphi method and purposive sampling method was used. Number of participating experts 20 experts and academic specialists and research centers have been selected. To analyze the obtained data, relative mean, variance and to rank the components of physical properties of drainage basin and hydrology, Friedman rank test was used. The results showed that the most important component of the physical characteristics of the drainage basin in terms of land management with emphasis on defensesecurity considerations of the country is the lithology and soil of the basin (9.85) and the average slope of the basin (9.7) and the most important hydrological component of the region The view of land management with emphasis on defensesecurity considerations is rainfall (5/08).
