These days, water remediation is a critical topic. hence, the photodegradation method with durability, cost-effectiveness, and high activity has been fascinating. also, the titania anatase crystal structure is the best candidate for photodegradation activity. in this project, the novel mesoporous titania nanomaterials (mtns) were synthesized from tragacanth gum using the green synthesis method. next, growing crystals from amorphous to anatase were studied with the x-ray diffraction pattern. mtns demonstrated the high specific surface area with nano-sheet structure. finally, the photodegradation of crystal violet with mtns was applied under ultraviolet irradiation. mtns from tragacanth gum show photodegradation properties.
