فناوری نانو راهکاری نوین برای تشخیص و درمان سرطان

امروزه با پیشرفت تکنولوژی، فناوری نانو به کمک تشخیص و درمان بیماری سرطان آمده است. به شیوه ای که سبب شده تا سلولهای سرطانی در حد نانومتر تشخیص داده شوند و با کمک فناوری نانو از بین برده شوند. یکی از موارد شایع مرگ و میر، ابتلا به سرطان است. استفاده از روش های کنونی شیمی درمانی و استفاده از اشعه در درمان سرطان دارای معضلاتی است به علت اینکه در این روش ها سلول های سالم اطراف تومور نیز آسیب می بینند. بدین جهت نیازمند یک روش تکنولوژیک نوآورانه برای حل این مشکلات هستیم نانوذرات به عنوان پروب های درون سلولی در حال تحقیق و بررسی است در سال های اخیر بکارگیری ذرات نانو بعنوان سیستم حامل برای اهداف ویژه و انتقال دارویی و عوامل فعال پیشرفت قابل توجهی کرده است. درواقع کاربرد فناوری نانو در پزشکی در ارتباط با شناسایی به موقع ومبارزه ریشه ای با بیماری سرطان، محور فعالیتهای پژوهشی در سطح جهان را تشکیل می دهد.از این رو سیاست گذاری صحیح در زمینه توسعه ی این فناوری علی الخصوص در تشخیص و درمان سرطان باید در اولویت قرار داده شود. تحقیق حاضر به تعدادی از کاربردهای فناوری نانو در پیشگیری تشخیص و درمان سرطان اشاره شده است.
