ارزیابی و اولویت بندی منابع تامین مالی شرکت های کشتی سازی در استان بوشهر با استفاده از روشAhp

هدف اصلی این پژوهش، رتبه بندی عوامل موثر در شیوه های تامین منابع مالی پروژه های شرکت کشتی سازی در استان بوشهر می باشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شرکت خصوصی کشتی سازی در استان بوشهر با تعداد حجم جامعه 133 نفر بوده و نمونه-گیری به صورت هدفمند انجام گرفت. این پژوهش شامل دو بخش با تعداد نمونه 98 نفر بوده. در بخش نخست با نمونه گیری متوالی از مدیران مالی شرکت به وسیله پرسشنامه هایی نظر خود را در خصوص عوامل موثر بر تامین مالی بیان کردند و در بخش دوم به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند افرادی از مدیران مالی شرکت انتخاب شده و برای پر کردن پرسشنامه تکنیک فرایند سلسله مراتبی استفاده شد. مساله و هدف تصمیم گیری در این پژوهش به صورت سلسله مراتبی (ahp) از عناصر تصمیم که با هم در ارتباط بوده، می باشد. داده های تحقیق با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه جمع آوری و نمونه تحقیق، از میان مدیران مالی شرکت انتخاب شده است. متغیرهای تحقیق مورد آزمون پایایی با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ قرار گرفته و برای تمام معیارها مقدار بیش از 7/0 بدست آمد. با توجه به کاربردی بودن تحقیق، پایایی ابزار تحقیق مورد تایید بوده و نتاج نمونه قابل تعمیم به جامعه آماری می باشد. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از رتبه بندی شاخص های دخیل در انتخاب شیوه تامین منابع مالی پروژه ها نشان می دهد که معیارهای تامین کنندگان با وزن معیار 4393/0رتبه اول و معیارهای داخلی شرکت با وزن معیار 2814/0 رتبه دوم و معیار مربوط به محیط کلان با وزن معیار2793/0 رتبه سوم را بدست آوردند. و همچنین حجم مالی مورد نیاز، بازده مورد انتظار از پروژه، مدت زمان به نتیجه رسیدن پروژه به ترتیب رتبه اول تا سوم از مهمترین عوامل و سه عامل وضعیت ارتباطات خارجی، سیاست های پولی بانک مرکزی و نرخ مالیات ها به ترتیب دارای پایین ترین میزان اهمیت در انتخاب شیوه تامین مالی پروژه ها می باشند و همچنین بیان کننده، برتری معیار تامین مالی شونده نسبت به سایر معیارها می باشد و توجه مدیران را به عوامل داخلی شرکت شامل ساختار سرمایه و وضعیت اعتباری در زمان تصمیم گیری جلب می کند.

Evaluate and Prioritize Financial Resources of Shipbuilding Companies In Bushehr Province using AHP Method

The main purpose of this research is to rank the effective factors in financing the projects of Shipbuilding Company in Bushehr province. The statistical population of this study was a private shipbuilding company in Bushehr province with a population size of 133 people and purposeful sampling. The study consisted of two sections with sample size of 98 people. The first part consisted of a series of questionnaires by the financial managers of the company by means of questionnaires expressing their opinion on the factors affecting the financing. A hierarchy was used. The problem and purpose of decision making in this research is the hierarchical decision making (AHP) of the elements that are related to each other. Research data were collected from the financial managers of the company using the questionnaire collection tool and the research sample. The research variables were tested by Cronbach's alpha coefficient of reliability and a value of more than 0.7 for all criteria. Due to the applicability of the research, the reliability of the research instrument has been confirmed and the results of the sample can be generalized to the statistical population. The results of the research indicate that the indicators involved in the selection of project financing method show that the criteria of suppliers weighing 0.4393 are ranked first and the internal criteria of companies are 0.22814 and macroeconomic. The benchmark weight gained 0.2793 third rank. As well as the financial volume required, the expected return on the project, the time it took the project to rank first and third, respectively, and the three most important external relations factors, the central bank monetary policy and the lowest tax rates, respectively. Importance is in choosing how to finance projects, as well as expressing the superiority of the financing criteria over other criteria and drawing managers' attention to internal factors of the company including capital structure and credit status when making decisions.
