سنجش تاثیر نقش قابلیت‌های زیرساختی بر عملکرد نوآورانه سبز: نقش تعدیلگری نوجویی سبز در شرکت‌های بیمه

هدف از پژوهش حاضر سنجش تاثیر نقش قابلیت‌های زیرساختی بر عملکرد نوآورانه سبز: نقش تعدیلگری نوجویی سبز در شرکت‌های بیمه است. اﻳﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از نظر ﻫﺪف ﻛﺎرﺑﺮدی و از ﻧﻈﺮ جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، ﭘﻴﻤﺎﻳﺸﻲ‌- ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻔﻲ اﺳﺖ. جامعة آماری پژوهش، شامل کارکنان شرکت‌های بیمه در شهر سمنان است که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده تعداد 171 نفر از آنان انتخاب گردیدند. به منظور گردآوری داده‌های میدانی از پرسشنامه و برای تجزیه و تحلیل از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که قابلیت‌های زیر‌ساختی بر رفتار نوآورانه سبز تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.همچنین رفتار نوآورانه سبز بر عملکرد نوآورانه سبز تاثیری معناداری دارد. افزون بر این، نوجویی سبز رابطۀ بین رفتار نوآورانه سبز و عملکرد نوآورانه سبز را تعدیل می‌کند.

Assessing the Impact of Infrastructure Capabilities on Green Innovative Performance: The Moderating Role of Green Innovativeness in Insurance Companies

Innovativeness is defined as the degree to which a person adopts a new belief and independently from the experience of communicating with others to make an innovative decision. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of infrastructure capabilities on green innovative performance: the role of green Innovativeness in insurance companies. In terms of the applied results and goal, the present study is descriptive which has been conducted through survey method. The statistical population of the study consists of employees of insurance companies in Semnan city who were selected by Cochran formula and simple random sampling method. The questionnaire was used to collect filed data, and the Structural equation modelling to analyze the data. the results of the study showed that infrastructural capabilities have a positive and significance effect on the green innovative behavior, also green innovative behavior had a positive and significant effect on the green innovative performance and behavioral innovation. Moreover, Green innovativeness moderates the relationship between green innovative behavior and green innovative performance.
