میزان تاثیر انعطاف پذیری لجستیک بر عملکرد مالی سازمان مدیریت پسماند شهرداری مشهد

پژوهش حاضر با هدف میزان تاثیر انعطاف پذیری لجستیک بر عملکرد مالی سازمان مدیریت پسماند شهرداری مشهد انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل 200 نفر ، اسان و مدیران مالی سازمان مدیریت پسماند شهرداری مشهد، علاوه بر این برخی از کارشناسان و مدیران در سایر بخش های سازمان نیز وجود دارند که با مسایل مربوط به خرید و یا سفارشات بالای کالا و خدمات در بوده است. همچنین ویژگیهای جامعه آماری و محدود بودن، شیوه نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده در نظر گرفته شد. لذا هر کارشناس و مدیران مالی سازمان یک واحد نمونه گیری در نظر گرفته شد و با استفاده از جدول برآورد حجم نمونه جرسی مورگان تعداد نمونه آماری 130 نفر انتخاب شد. در این تحقیق محقق برای اندازه گیری متغیرهای تحت بررسی در خصوص انعطاف پذیری لجستیک از پرسشنامه استاندارد کلاس، سوینک و نایر (2005) و عملکرد مالی از پرسشنامه عزیزی، خالد(1390) استفاده گردید. پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه انعطاف پذیری لجستیک 85/0 و عملکرد مالی 71/0 بدست آمد. اطلاعات حاصل از پرسشنامه ها با استفاده از آزمون معادلات ساختاری تحلیل و نتیجه اینکه، بین برنامه انعطاف پذیری لجستیکی و کلیه ابعاد آن با عملکرد مالی سازمان مدیریت پسماند شهرداری مشهد رابطه مستقیم و معنی داری وجود دارد.

The Impact of Logistic Flexibility on Financial Performance of Mashhad Municipality Waste Management Organization

The goal of this study is to investigate the effect of logistic flexibility on the financial performance of Mashhad Municipality Waste Management Organization. The statistical population of this study includes 200 people, experts and managers of Mashhad Municipality Waste Management Organization. In addition, there are some experts and managers in other sections of the organization who have been involved in purchasing issues or massive orders for goods and services. Due to the existing limitations, the simple random sampling method was considered. Therefore, each expert and manager of the organization was considered as a sampling unit and using the Morgan Momentum Volume Sample Estimation Table, the number of statistical samples was selected to be 130 people. In this study, the researcher used the standard class questionnaire, Swink and Nyeer (2005) and financial performance questionnaire, Khaled (2011) to measure the variables under study regarding logistic flexibility. The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for logistics flexibility questionnaire 0.85 and financial performance 0.71. The information obtained from the questionnaires was analyzed using the structural equation test and the result was that there was a direct and significant relationship between the logistic flexibility program and all its dimensions with the financial performance of the Mashhad Municipality Waste Management Organization.
